Eva Mendes isn’t one to gab about her love life and we don’t expect her to change any time soon, despite the rumors swirling regarding the topic. In a recent interview for Violet Grey, the 39-year-old stunner avoided any attempts to get her to open up about her relationship with Ryan Gosling. When asked where she would like to die, Eva revealed: “In a bowl of penne arrabiata… or what about Disneyland, isn’t that the happiest place on earth?” Her interview kindly disagreed, saying, “I think the happiest place on earth is in the arms of Ryan Gosling.” Eva responded… with a laugh.  According to reports, this gorgeous couple is on a break for the time being, with her jealousy issues believed to be the primary cause of the tumult. Their possible breakup of course brings hope to the many Notebook fans out there filled with hope for a Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams reunion . Could the McGosling rumors be true? Or just a pipe dream? Sigh. Oh, how we long for the simple pleasures of 2005!

Homeless Man Pushes Girl In Front Of Train According to Mail Online The homeless man accused of shoving a student in front of a train yesterday appeared in court this morning rambling incoherently about people trying to kill him and seeing ‘colors and darkness’. Hunter College student Maya Leggat, 21, received horrific injuries after she was allegedly shoved on to the tracks at White Plains station in New York after she refused to give money to Howard J. Mickens, 39. Shocked commuters described seeing her mangled legs on the tracks, and some followed the panhandler and held him until police arrived. He was charged with attempted murder and made a bizarre appearance in court today saying he was ‘guilty with an explanation’. Maya is in stable condition at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla and is facing surgery after sustaining serious leg trauma, her brother told The Journal News. Mickens appeared before White Plains City Court Judge Eric Press, who ordered him to undergo a psychiatric evaluation in the attempted murder case. ‘Can you make sure they’re not military?’ the 39-year-old askedabout his potential evaluators and when his lawyer advised him to be quiet, he ignored her and told the judge: ‘I don’t trust her. Sir, I am guilty with an explanation.’ When he was asked if he understood what was happening to him, he said: ‘No disrespect, judge. I just don’t want to get railroaded, especially by individuals who have been trying to kill me since I was a child. ‘When I close my eyes I see colors and darkness.’ The case was adjourned until October 25. The victim’s brother told ABC 7: ‘I’m just thankful that she’s alive,’ adding that her condition was stable and she was due to have surgery. WTF is guilty with an explanation?

Eminem Facebook Page Hits 60 Million Likes Before Rihanna, Lady Gaga

Eminem, Facebook King. The rapper has that title all to himself after surpassing 60 million “Likes” Wednesday, more than any other living person. Rihanna and Lady Gaga, who each have huge social media followings of their own, are Liked by about 59.4 million and 53.5 million, respectively. Despite the fact that fan interaction and writing in first person on Facebook is the #1 way to get shares and Likes, being famous trumps all. On Eminem’s Facebook page, the 39-year-old generally posts links to YouTube videos of his music and interviews, with little or no comment. According to AppData, Eminem is close to nabbing more than 26,000 “Likes” each day, with Rihanna not far behind with 22,000 “Likes” per day. Rihanna and Gaga’s more engaged approach top Eminem in the “talking about this” metric, however, which measures overall activity on a page. Eminem has 290,896 people talking about him, while Rihanna has 1,016,304 and Lady Gaga has 1,209,588 … that’s a lot of Little Monsters. Brandi Glanville: Wanting to "Kill" LeAnn Rimes is a Figure of Speech

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville admits she’s got quite a temper and likes to speak her mind, but does not actually wish to kill LeAnn Rimes . In an interview with Australia’s NW magazine earlier this week, the 39-year-old admitted she had violent urges the first time she saw LeAnn with her children. “I remember walking up and there she was with my baby in her lap,” she said of the woman Eddie Cibrian left her for, then married. “My blood was boiling … I thought I was going to kill her. I really thought I was going to physically hurt her.” But Glanville clarified to E! News that while her “total irrational fury” was real, and not even something she regrets, she never meant to literally threaten LeAnn’s life. “Every mother has those protective mother-bear feelings, but I obviously didn’t want to kill her,” she said. “It was a figure of speech.” She also revealed that Sunday, she and Rimes exchanged Mother’s Day emails, and that they’ve had three-ways (in therapy) with Cibrian to “open up lines of communication.” Brandi Glanville admitted that like many other moments in this ongoing truce, group therapy has been “uncomfortable” at times, but overall a positive experience that’s enabled them to act civilly for the sake of the children. That’s good at least. Glanville says she even invited her ex-husband and Rimes over for Easter. “I did it for the kids. I don’t know many ex-wives who would do that,” she said. “I’m not a hateful person.” Just a slightly crazy one.

LONDON/STOCKHOLM — WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said on Friday he and colleagues were taking steps to protect themselves after death threats following the publication of leaked U.S. diplomatic cables on their website. One of Assange's lawyers said he would also fight any attempt to extradite his client to face questions over alleged sexual misconduct, adding that he believed foreign powers were influencing Sweden in the matter. Washington is furious about the leak of hundreds of confidential diplomatic cables that have given unvarnished and sometimes embarrassing insights into the foreign policy of the United States and its allies. Answering questions online from an undisclosed location, the 39-year-old Australian said anyone making threats against his life should be charged with incitement to murder. “The threats against our lives are a matter of public record, however, we are taking the appropriate precautions to the degree that we are able when dealing with a superpower,” Assange was quoted as saying on the Guardian website.
