Gravity Sky-Rockets to October Box Office Record

The results are in – and Gravity ‘s box office haul is out of this world. The Sandra Bullock and George Clooney-anchored drama set an October box office record for an opening weekend on Friday and Saturday, raking in $55.6 million across 3,575 theaters. That surpasses the $52.6 total of Paranormal Activity in 2011. Gravity Movie Trailer With Gravity reviews glowing across the board, the film also marks the highest-grossing debut for both of its stars: Bullock’s previous mark was $39.9 for The Heat, while Clooney tallied $42.9 for Batman & Robin . Now let’s never talk of Batman & Robin again. Here is a look at the weekend’s to five: Gravity : $55.6 million Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 : $21.5 million Runner Runner : $7.6 million Prisoners : $5.7 million Rush : $4.4 million

Meet Colombian model Catalina Otalvaro . As you can see, obviously Catalina’s smoking hot, but at first I was having a hard time figuring out why anybody would bring a helmet to a bikini photoshoot. Then I saw that booty of Catalina’s and it all made sense. See, it’s not for her, it’s probably for the photographer, in case he passes out after staring directly at that thing for too long. I figure I’ll apologize in advance for Justin Timberlake ruining some of these pictures of British hottie Gemma Arterton at the Runner Runner premiere. Unfortunately, we’re still waiting on some genius out there to figure out how to make a camera that’s able to ignore that annoying douche, which is million dollar idea if you ask me. But until then, you’ll just have to do it the old-fashioned way, by covering half the screen with your hand. That is, assuming you’ve got one to spare.
