Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate has amended its lawsuit against Nick Gordon, accusing her boyfriend and two friends of being responsible for her demise. New accusations claim that Bobbi Kristina’s death was no accident and also involved two of Krissie’s friends, Max Lomas and Danyela Bradley. She was found face down in a bathtub of cold water at her home in January; Bobbi Kristina died in July, having never recovered from her coma. It was later revealed that the drowning caused irreversible brain damage, and Nick’s actions leading up to the tragedy have been suspicious. For many, his story doesn’t add up. The daughter of Whitney Houston was missing teeth and had injuries and bruising inconsistent with damage typically done performing CPR. Nick swears he didn’t hurt her , pointing to a car crash she was in the same week as the near-drowning as the explanation of the injuries on her. Gordon is very bad news, though, and even the rosiest spin on his actions that day likely involve him drinking and doing drugs with Bobbi Kristina. According to her estate’s executor, Gordon reeked of alcohol as local police and paramedics arrived to try and save Bobbi on that fateful day. Moreover, it is alleged that he not only gave her a “toxic cocktail,” but was cheating on Bobbi with her friend while she drowned in the tub. The guest was laying on the bed as Bobbi Kristina and Nick fought after Gordon came back from an all-night cocaine and alcohol-fueled bender. After the altercation, Gordon came out of the bathroom, placed his head on the ankle of a “female guest” who is believed to be Danyela and said: “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.” Pretty creepy, and worse yet, after the drowning, he was seen pushing Danyela out of the same facility where Bobbi Kristina was receiving treatment. Nick was not allowed to see Bobbi, having been banned by the Houston and Brown families. He showed up at least once with Danyela, though. Another mutual friend of Nick and Bobbi’s, Mason Whitaker, posted a Facebook rant claiming Bobbi was given a “bad batch” of heroin. Then, Bobbi shot up and the drowning ensued. Mason further claims that a panicked Nick, Danyela, and Max didn’t call the police for nearly 20 minutes after discovering her body that morning. Perhaps the most astonishing part of that allegation is that Bobbi’s aunt, Pat Houston , is paying Lomas and Bradley to pin the death on Nick . Last week, Instagram celebrity Josh Ostrovsky (better known as The Fat Jew) came under fire for allegedly stealing jokes and posting them on his hugely popular Instagram page. Now, in an exclusive interview with Vulture, Ostrovsky is speaking out for the first time on the accusation that he built a career by brazenly stealing the work of others. “At the end of the day, I get it: I should have been providing attribution for all posts,” Ostrovsky says. “It’s always been important to me. The internet is a vast ocean of stuff, and sometimes it’s hard to find the original source of something. “Instagram started for me as something to connect me with people who were already my fans. But as the stage got larger, the practices being exploited at that time weren’t the right practices for a larger stage.” Ostrovsky’s apology is better than most celebrity mea culpas in that while he does offer some lame excuses for his actions, he also offers a detailed strategy for how he intends to right his wrongs and prevent this sort of thing from ever happening again. Is it wrong to steal someone else’s joke and pass it off as your own? Absolutely. In all cases. But the Internet remains something of a lawless terrain in terms of intellectual property, and the rules of conduct don’t always keep pace with the advances in technology. So if The Fat Jew is willing to spread the message that it’s just not kosher (pun fully intended) to pilfer other people’s work without identifying the origin, and he can make good on his promise to refrain from doing this sort of thing in the future, we say why not give him another chance? After all, the guy knows his way around a witty caption, and unlike other IG celebs (We’re looking at you, Dan Bilzerian .) he at least offers something other than vapid lifestyle porn. Never thought you’d read the headline, eh? Well, we never thought we’d write it, but according to (ugh) The National Enquirer, Gyllandon is actually happening. (We would’ve went with “Saranhaal” but that sounds like a castle from Game of Thrones.) Yes, the infamous tabloid claims to have several sources who say that Jake Gyllenhaal, 34, and Susan Sarandon, 68, are hittin’ it on the DL. Apparently, some folks in their inner circles are even hoping the arrangement develops into an actual relationship: “The rumor is they’ve been hooking up on the down-low,” says one insider. “A lot of people are hoping they go with the flow and give it a shot!” Sarandon split from Tim Robbins (12 years her junior) back in 2009, and she’s dated a succession of younger men in the years since. For his part, Gyllenhaal most recently hooked up with Ruth Wilson , and he’s banged so many young actresses that the Screen Actors Guild is considering making it mandatory for new female members. Okay, we may have made that last part up, but the point is Jake gets around. So if there is any truth to this rumor (which we doubt), don’t expect the hook up to turn into anything serious. The Girl on Fire has defeated The Girl Who Twerks. In an especially close vote, Jennifer Lawrence has been named The Associated Press Entertainer of the Year, taking home the honor by a razor-thin margin in a survey of AP newspaper and broadcast members and subscribers. Lawrence earned 15 votes, while Miley Cyrus garnered 14. Netflix came in third. Lawrence, of course, kicked off her year by winning Best Actress (and adorably tripping over her dress ) and then went on to smash the box office in Catching Fire. She currently stars in American Hustle, a role that earned her Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations. And that’s just on the professional side, of course. Lawrence also continues to charm absolutely everyone on the planet via her candor, wit and general normalcy.
