English singer, songwriter, actress, dancer, model, and television personality Cheryl Cole has filed for divorce from her estranged husband footballer Ashley Cole at the High Court in London. They have been separated since February 2010. Recently named as the Sexiest Woman in The World, broke up with her 4-year old marriage with her husband due to alleged afairs. Her lawyers have now been instructed to push through the official termination of their relationship ahead of next month’s World Cup in South Africa. “She knows how vital it is for Ashley to have a completely clear head and concentrate entirely on his football and performance, with no distractions or emotional pulls. “She wants a completely clean break with no malice or wrangling over property or money. Cheryl will not take one penny of Ashley’s money,” revealed a source. The terms of the divorce, which will cite Ashley’s “unreasonable behaviour”, are expected to award the couple’s £6 million Surrey mansion to Ashley.
