Kelly Preston, 47, is pregnant and expecting a sibling for 10-year-old daughter Ella Bleu later this year. Looking radiant in a brightly patterned dress, an expectant Kelly Preston debuted her bump as she joined husband John Travolta on a visit to the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund on Saturday in Johannesburg, South Africa.
