Does context matter when provocative language is used to raise awareness about important issues?

Raising awarenss about breast cancer and preventative care is nothing new. But one campaign, designed to raise awareness among young people, has been banned from some schools. The campaign, by the Keep A Breast Foundation, includes rubber bracelets sporting the slogan “I love boobies.” The bracelets have been banned at some schools, due to complaints that they are inappropriate.
