Actor Terrence Howard says his estranged wife Michelle, who recently accused him of beating her and making death threats , is a monster who hates black people. Not only that, he claims she once tried to have him killed! According to Terrence Howard, who’s firing back against Michelle Howard in one of the worst celebrity divorces ever, she routinely called him “monkey” or “n!gger.” Terrence says Michelle inexplicably turned from a “loving, gentle” person into a crazy woman who once threatened to have him killed by Russian mobsters ( really ). In court documents, Howard notes that Michelle is NOT black, and claims that when she would get upset with him, she would scream things such as: “[I] never wanted to marry a n!gger in the first place” “[I] definitely didn’t want to be the step mother of some n!gger kids.” He also alleges his wife threatened to have him “clipped” if he went to police and bragged, “I have a lot of Russian friends who would do it as a favor.” Howard also claims Michelle has major jealousy issues, to say the least … attacking him with a bottle after accusing him of talking with other women. He claims this happened TWO DIFFERENT TIMES, and he never retaliated. Terrence has asked the court to issue a restraining order against Michelle. She already has one against him. Hugh Hefner believes Lindsay Lohan’s Marilyn Monroe-themed Playboy pictures will make the new issue a keepsake – proving some people wrong, including himself. “The concept came from my editors,” Hefner told People in a recent interview. “I had mixed emotions. I could not have anticipated, quite frankly, that it would turn out to be such a newsworthy event, or that the pictorial would turn out so well.” Oddly enough, the two never crossed paths – even at the photo shoot. Even so, Hefner is well aware that lately, Lohan is “carrying around some serious luggage.” “Historically, Playboy pictorials are connected to stars at various times in their career,” Hef says. “Sometimes it’s the beginning of their career and sometimes it comes at a particular moment – as with Lindsay – that is intended as a turnaround.” Hefner says his wish is that “this is a born-again beginning for Lindsay” and that he wishes her all the best. “I think there’s a rooting interest for her,” he says. Part of the reason the issue is such a big seller , Hef says, is due to his direction. It was he who insisted on fully nude Lindsay Lohan pictures , after all. During negotiations, “Some of the people around her said, ‘No, no, I don’t want her nude.’ And I said, ‘No, look, this is how it’s going to be. This is how it is.'” Hugh, you are the man. Looks like Snooki has bigger problems than being a drunken buffoon. The MTV personality has been hit with a $7 million counterclaim in her legal battle with a licensing company, SRG Ventures, with whom she partnered to launch an array of Snooki-related merchandise last year, but filed suit against in October. Snook says they didn’t fulfill obligations. SRG says otherwise. The star, real name Nicole Polizzi, sought to end her contract with the company, alleging that it did not land her sufficient money or branding partnerships. SRG Ventures fired back with a counterclaim against Snooki and her managers, claiming she sabotaged the deal by negotiating behind the company’s back. A rep for Snook told the N.Y. Post , “Ms. Polizzi disputes SRG’s version of the facts and looks forward to her day in court.” Hopefully she wears underwear. Jersey Shore returns for a fifth season January 5. Watch the trailer! David Archuleta broke down in tears last night following a major announcement: he’s leaving the music scene for a couple years to pursue a higher calling.
