Image via Mike Windle/WireImage/Getty Tyrese Wants Ex-Wife To Prove How Much She’s Spending On Childcare Tyrese isn’t exactly living his best life, but he’s damn sure not going back and forth with his ex-wife Norma Gibson. According to TMZ , Tyrese is demanding to see proof of exactly how much Norma is spending on childcare for their daughter Shayla. Norma has asked the court to mandate that Tyrese pay $25 per hour in babysitter fees, but Tyrese isn’t sold that she even needs services because she isn’t currently employed. Moreover ‘Rese wants to know if this sitter is a professional and what their qualifications are. Far as he’s concerned, the court never said when or why he has to reimburse Norma. For example, he doesn’t feel that he should have to pay if Norma is paying to go on dinners and other “personal” outings where Shayla can’t come. Kinda sounds like a sneaky way to hate on Norma’s dating life, but we guess the courts will decide what’s acceptable and what’s not. Until then, Tyrese ain’t trying to pay a dime.
Takeo Spikes Gets Child Support Payments Cut By More Than Half Former NFL star Takeo Spikes asked the court to lower his child support to his baby mama, explaining his income isn’t what it used to be. And his baby mama must be a very understanding woman – because the two settled the issue before he even filed the suit. Spikes filed court docs requesting a modification to his baby mama Mica Louis’ child support payments. The 39-year-old former San Diego Charger explained the two share a daughter, Jakai Spikes. A final order was entered into a previous custody and support case back in 2006, and under the agreement, Spikes was to pay $2,500 a month in child support. However, he said since they worked out that agreement there has been a substantial decrease in his income, and it justifies a decrease the monthly payments. Spikes and his baby mama appear to be solid co-parents, with the two reaching an agreement on the support decrease prior to him filing his petition. He attached the deal the two worked out and she agreed to lower his support to $1,000 a month. He’ll cover health insurance and one extracurricular activity per school season. They will split out-of-pocket medical expenses and the cost of summer camp. Despite leaving the NFL back four years ago, Spikes is quite successful, pulling in $21,496 a month in income while his baby mama makes $5,000, according to the court docs. If you’re not familiar with Hefe Wine, he’s the douchebag that’s been threatening to release an Iggy Azalea sex tape, only to find himself blocked by her lawyers at every turn. Finally realizing that he won’t be able to get rich from the porn he made with Iggy while she was still in her teens (Yeah, he’s pretty gross.) Hefe – real name Maurice Williams – is now taking a different approach to exploiting the “Fancy” rapper. Mr. Wine is apparently in possession of a hard drive that contains verses Iggy recorded when she was 18 – long before she hit it big with her latest album. Iggy doesn’t want the music to go public, and she’s asking a judge to prevent Hefe from selling it. In her petition to the court, Iggy makes it clear that being exploited by Hefe Wine is nothing new to her: “[Williams’] efforts to exploit the material he stole from me also are an extremely upsetting extension of the abuse he inflicted on me when I was a teenager,” Iggy writes in a sworn statement. “I do not want the public to be confused by the defendant’s efforts to pass off the inferior pastiches of a scoundrel as my work…I never intended those recordings to be finished musical works.” Iggy says Hefe took advantage of her when she was living in Houston in 2008: “I was running out of money and thought I would have to return home to Australia. Williams convinced me to stay by promising to furnish a vacant property that he owned for me to live in.” “Almost immediately after I moved my things into his apartment Williams became aggressive and possessive and made unwelcome sexual advances.” Iggy says Williams forced her to cut off contact with the outside world. She soon learned that he was much older than her, married with several children, and not – as he had claimed – a wealthy oil tycoon. Iggy fled the US for her native Australia, but returned to live in Atlanta less than a year later. She says she was shocked when Williams tracked her down there and continued to force his way into her life. When her music began to find a following online, Williams started uploading tracks to iTunes. Iggy says it was mainly songs he’d cobbled together from her discarded verses and his own attempts at rapping. Her lawyers managed have the songs removed, but now Williams is fighting to release them again. This is far from the first time that the wannabe-rapper/con artist has attempted to get rich through his association with Iggy. Court Papers Prove Adrian Peterson Has Been Consistently Paying Child Support According to TMZ reports : NFL star Adrian Peterson never skimped on child support to the mother of his 2nd child, not once — despite her claims — at least according to official documents obtained by TMZ. As we reported … Erica Syion filed court docs back in April, accusing AP of stiffing her on more than $50,000 in unpaid child support and other bills (including travel expenses and tuition) related to their 4-year-old son. She told us, Adrian eventually settled with her in September, paying all his outstanding bills — but we’ve obtained official docs showing child support was NEVER in arrears. According to the papers, Adrian has dutifully paid his child support to Erica ($2,500 a month) since 2009. Sources close to AP tell us the court order which determined child support … did NOT require him to pay tuition and travel expenses — however when Erica raised the issue, Adrian ponied up. Actor Terrence Howard says his estranged wife Michelle, who recently accused him of beating her and making death threats , is a monster who hates black people. Not only that, he claims she once tried to have him killed! According to Terrence Howard, who’s firing back against Michelle Howard in one of the worst celebrity divorces ever, she routinely called him “monkey” or “n!gger.” Terrence says Michelle inexplicably turned from a “loving, gentle” person into a crazy woman who once threatened to have him killed by Russian mobsters ( really ). In court documents, Howard notes that Michelle is NOT black, and claims that when she would get upset with him, she would scream things such as: “[I] never wanted to marry a n!gger in the first place” “[I] definitely didn’t want to be the step mother of some n!gger kids.” He also alleges his wife threatened to have him “clipped” if he went to police and bragged, “I have a lot of Russian friends who would do it as a favor.” Howard also claims Michelle has major jealousy issues, to say the least … attacking him with a bottle after accusing him of talking with other women. Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson shocked the masses when they split. Taking things a step further, the once-amicable divorce process is turning ugly. Pete does NOT want his soon-to-be-ex to have primary custody of son Bronx. He’s now taking her to court as a result. Wentz just filed legal papers in response to Ashlee’s divorce petition … asking the judge for JOINT custody. Ashlee had checked the box that indicated she wanted primary physical custody of Bronx Mowgli, 2, who was born shortly after the couple got married . Wentz also wants each party to pay their own legal fees, even though Ashlee had asked the court to make Pete foot the bill for both parties. Ashlee didn’t specify the official break-up date, but Pete says the two called it quits February 9, right after Pete’s wife-less Super Bowl Trip. Pete’s constant touring is believed to be the reason for the breakup.

Tammy Lynn Michaels says she was “blindsided” by her break-up with Melissa Etheridge. But she’s gathered herself together enough to fight back and file for full custody of the pair’s twin children, Johnnie and Miller. While Etheridge asked for joint legal and physical custody when she initially filed for dissolution of their domestic partnership, Tammy has taken the battle a step farther: she wants full custody, reports TMZ. Michaels carried the twins to term, following a donation by an anonymous sperm donor. Tammy has also asked the court for spousal support. Both sides of the former couple cited “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for their split. They became domestic partners in August 2005 and things will likely get uglier before they get better. Tammy’s lawyer says his client has $4 to her name and: “Melissa has not been treating Tammy or the children as if they are a wife and children, financially and otherwise.” There is a major hiccup, however: Etheridge and Michaels were never technically married. Therefore, the former is not on the legal hook for a single penny once the partnership is dissolved.
