While celebrating his birthday at a Houston nightclub, he was finally served the famed restraining order we’ve been hearing so much about. Karrueche Tran filed the order back in February, and after several attempts, the papers finally made it to Brown’s hands. Tran claims that Brown “told a few people that he was going to kill” her and “threatened to shoot” her. Tran also said that he punched her in the stomach and pushed her down some stairs. Damn Breezy! After hearing that, it definitely makes his latest Instagram rant about being a jealous boyfriend sound more like a cry for help. The former lovers are due in court at the end of May. This just goes to show you that consequences will always catch up to your actions, even if it’s your birthday.

Court Papers Prove Adrian Peterson Has Been Consistently Paying Child Support According to TMZ reports : NFL star Adrian Peterson never skimped on child support to the mother of his 2nd child, not once — despite her claims — at least according to official documents obtained by TMZ. As we reported … Erica Syion filed court docs back in April, accusing AP of stiffing her on more than $50,000 in unpaid child support and other bills (including travel expenses and tuition) related to their 4-year-old son. She told us, Adrian eventually settled with her in September, paying all his outstanding bills — but we’ve obtained official docs showing child support was NEVER in arrears. According to the papers, Adrian has dutifully paid his child support to Erica ($2,500 a month) since 2009. Mount Sinai Hospital Tech Sued For Watching Adult Films On Cellphone A Mount Sinai Hospital technician — responsible for running complicated equipment during open-heart surgeries — watched p**n on his smartphone as patients lay with their lives in the balance just inches away, according to a bombshell lawsuit by former cardiovascular tech Sandra Morris. “I once saw him watching a of a woman riding a man,” Morris, 37, said of Ahmed Cercioglu, whom she names in her Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit. “Another time, I saw him watching a guy [having sex with] a girl and the girl [giving the man “brains”],” Morris claimed of Cercioglu, her former boss. Both she and Cercioglu toiled as cardiovascular perfusionists — techs responsible for setting up and running the sophisticated heart-and-lung machine that keeps patients alive while surgeons repair their organs. She said Cercioglu’s p**n habit was so “commonplace [in the operating room] that other perfusionists routinely joked about his behavior,” according to the lawsuit she filed last week. Morris is suing her former supervisor, the hospital and another boss, Ricardo Lazala, for allegedly creating a hostile work environment. She and her lawyer provided The Post a copy of a departmental memo banning the use of cellphones in the operating room last year, on which someone in his office crossed out the word “cellphone” and replaced it with “p**n.” There is also a gender and religious component to Morris’ lawsuit. In her suit, filed July 31, Morris also alleged that Cercioglu, a Muslim, regularly degraded her for being female and an observant Jew. He went so far as to blast her publicly as a “dumb Jew bitch” in front of co-workers, the lawsuit claims. Kenny G Divorces Wife After 20 Years Another day, another divorce: Seven months after their separation, Kenny G has filed for divorce from his wife of 20 years. The smooth jazz musician, 56, whose real name is Kenneth Bruce Gorelick, cites irreconcilable differences for dissolving his marriage to Balynda Helene Benson-Gorelick, according to his L.A. Superior Court papers filed Aug. 9. He seeks joint custody for their minor child, 14-year-old son Noah. Married in 1992, the pair separated last January and have a prenuptial agreement, the papers say.
