Pop star Justin Bieber said he might have tried out for American Idol if he hadn’t made it as a singer. Bieber, 16, was recently seen in the audience at a taping of American Idol where Usher, who discovered him, performed. The star admitted to MTV News that he may have tried out for the show if things hadn’t happened like they did. “For sure! Me and my mom used to watch [the show] when I was little and we were like: ‘I could get on there, you know. When I turned 16, I might have went and tried out, but this was faster.” When he was little? Really?
