Sienna Miller’s hair and makeup looks amazing at the Los Angeles premiere of GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra , but what is going on with that dress? It looks like metallic mesh snakeskin! It’s flattering to her figure but we expect more from the lovely, beautiful, and usually stylish Factory Girl .
