Gwyneth Paltrow Miscarriage Scare: "I Nearly Died"

Gwyneth Paltrow makes a frightening admission in an interview with The Daily Mail Sunday’s You magazine: She nearly died from a miscarriage while pregnant with her third child. The actress revealed this heartbreaking fact when asked about plans to expand her family, which includes husband Chris Martin and kids Apple, 8, and Moses, 6. “My children ask me to have a baby all the time. And you never know, I could squeeze one more in,” Paltrow said , adding without much detail: “I had a really bad experience when I was pregnant with my third. It didn’t work out and I nearly died.” Paltrow has come under fire recently for an upcoming cook book that espouses carb and gluten-free recipes , but no one can question her commitment to Martin and her children. The kids clearly come first. “Regardless of what happens in our marriage, I chose the best father,” she says of her famous man. “He is so good to the children, and to know that you had kids with such a good man is like a real weight off you. We are committed co-parents, we make all decisions together, and we lean on each other for support as well.” As for two other well-known parents? Paltrow had the following to say about good friends Jay-Z, Beyoncé and their little one at home: “ Blue Ivy is totally delish.”

NCAA Bracket 2013: Who Ya Got?

It’s NCAA Tournament time once again! With the field of 68 teams competing for the 2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship revealed Sunday, it’s time to let the bracket frenzy begin! You don’t have to be an expert to fill out an NCAA bracket. In fact, the experts are often wrong, which is the beauty of this event, one of the best in sports. The four No. 1 seeds – Louisville, Kansas, Indiana and Gonzaga – are the obvious favorites, but perhaps less so than in years past after a wild season. It’s been tough to find a consensus #1 all year long in college hoops, and in a single-elimination format, you know anything can and will happen. In fact, double-digit seeds are advancing more often than ever. In 2012 alone, two No. 15 seeds Norfolk State and Lehigh busted countless brackets by taking down No. 2 seeds Missouri and Duke, respectively. Which underdogs do you think will surprise in 2013? Check out the full NCAA bracket after the jump! The “First Four” games, a.k.a. the play-in games, bring the field to 64 on March 19-20, with the “second round” games kicking off March 21-22. The third round is contested March 23-24, while the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight take place March 28-31, the Final Four April 6 and the title game April 8. Who do you like to win it all? What lesser teams do you think might make a run? Who’s totally overrated? Who got snubbed from the field altogether?
