Freeway Rick Ross aka “The Real Rick Ross” has filed another lawsuit against the rapper Rick Ross. This comes after losing last year in court against the Maybach Music honcho over trademark violations regarding his name. Freeway tells Bet in an interview “We always knew our case was stronger in the state than it was in the feds. California state law really protects people with their names and their likenesses.
