Nicholas R. Godfrey was arrested after an Instagram account with the request for “a guy who could kill someone” was traced to a computer IP address at his home. Godfrey reportedly offered $100,000 to another student to clap unnamed Fivay High staff. Godfrey reportedly messaged: “No joke, I need him eliminated as soon as possible,” Authorities are still scratching their heads as to why he sent the request, as the teen had no known past problems with the staff member, who was provided protection as a precaution. Godfrey later confessed that he was only joking. “It doesn’t matter what the intent was,” the sheriff said. “When you do it and post it on social media, the crime is committed.” Godfrey is now sitting in a county jail.
Source: Alex Trautwig / Getty Reports Show Trump’s Border Wall Isn’t Working According to The Washington Post , mexican drug dealers have repeatedly cut holes all up and through Trump’s border wall by using commercially available power tools, opening gaps large enough for people and drug loads to pass through. U.S. agents have reportedly confirmed “multiple breaches” to sections of the wall. Smugglers are easily using cheap saws to cut holes in the base of the wall and then are able to push the 18- to 30-feet tall posts to the side, making it possible for people and contraband to go through the structure. Officials are dumbfounded after Trump proclaimed the wall “virtually impenetrable”. But smugglers are finding ways to easily get through, whether it be climbing lower sections with makeshift ladders or by cutting holes in weak points of the structures.

Source: PYMCA / Getty The details of Tekashi69’s plea deal with the Feds have been revealed. Unless you haven’t been paying attention you should be surprised—he copped to everything he stood accused of and told on any and everybody. Among the crimes the Brooklyn rapper admitted to was trying to have Chief Keef shot, selling a kilo of heroin and even helping rivals to attempt a murder to increase his standing in the Nine Trey Bloods, which he joined in the fall of 2017. Reports TMZ : As we reported, the rapper cooperated with the feds and even testified before the Grand Jury. The U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York agreed “not to prosecute [69] for the crimes set forth in Counts One through Nine.” So, various crimes are off the books. In addition, prosecutors agreed not to go after 69 for crimes he told prosecutors about but have not yet been charged. The plea deal also says, “It is understood that the defendant’s cooperation is likely to reveal the activities of individuals and that witness protection may be required at a later date.” It sounds like that may be necessary, because 69’s testimony implicates hardened criminals accused of extremely violent crimes. It’s ultimately up to the judge to determine sentence … but the prosecutors say if Tekashi keeps talking, he’ll get a gigantic break … “should the defendant successfully cooperate, the government agrees that it will file at the time of sentencing a motion … for a sentence below any mandatory minimum.” Tekashi’s rap career is basically over since being in witness protection could make performing a problem. We wouldn’t be surprised if Tekashi only gets time served when all is said and done. Keep in mind, Tekashi69 was a civilian and admitted troll, he was never really ’bout that gang life. There was now way he wasn’t going to tell after he got told he was looking at 47 years, period. — Photo: Getty
Source: Richard Cartwright / Getty Annalise is now roped into Nate’s plan to pin his father’s murder on the governor. Tonight’s episode of How to Get Away With Murder finds her trying to keep him out of jail. The feds have him pegged as a suspect, especially since he is unhinged and acting erratically. Things get worse when Asher tells Annalise that he’s not the only one who knows that Nate killed Ron. In other words, her kids know too since Asher’s punk arse snitched. Nate has been doing his own sleuthing, as we know. He meets with one of the jurors from his father’s death case to get the scoop. The juror tells him they made a ruling based on evidence they got in a packet from the bailiff. Shady boots. Basically, Miller may have given the jury fake evidence and Nate got a copy of it. Gabe ends up getting questioned about the voicemail he left for Miller. You remember the whole, “I screwed up, they found out who I am” bit. He claims he was helping Miller investigate Annalise because they thought she was involved in a lot of criminal activity. He says he hadn’t seen Miller in two months. The examiner then specifically asks, “So you didn’t see him at the wedding?” and he lies. This is not going to go well. Hold that thought. Nate presents the potentially fake evidence to Annalise and the theory that Miller tampered with it. Annalise tells him he doesn’t have concrete proof and that he’s digging his own grave as a suspect. Nate tells her to either have his back or get out. What do you think she did? Meanwhile, Bonnie is struggling with her guilt over helping to kill Miller. Like, struggling struggling, to the point where she tries to kill herself. She sits in her car in a garage and tries to let the carbon monoxide take her out. Luckily Frank finds her, realizes what’s going on and stops it. Finally, we get to the moment when Nate is questioned by the feds. Annalise calls him to see where he is. She offers to come down to help but he tells her not to because she can’t come near this. Annalise implores him not to answer their questions but this is part of his master plan. He let them take his DNA so that they can run it against the gun they claim had his father’s DNA—you know, the gun they said his dad tried to grab. Fast forward a bit, and we find out that the feds investigating Nate gave Tegan an immunity deal for..we don’t know but she’s up to something too. Finally, we cut to Annalise telling her kids that Nate had a smart plan to pin the crime on the gov and that she needs them on board. Annalise deciding to go along with Nate’s plan might have something to do with the next scene. It’s Nate meeting with the feds again. This time they tell him that he was right because his DNA doesn’t match that on the gun so someone did tamper with evidence! Then they say they have someone in custody in connection with the crime. Now we cut back to Annalise. She gets a call from prison saying they have someone in custody who claims she’s their lawyer. You guessed it, it’s Gabriel. He got himself in a world of trouble. Next week we find out exactly why he was arrested. Because you know there’s always twists and turns. Source: @50Cent / Instagram Tekashi isn’t taking the plea deal and he’s ready to go to court to fight for his innocence, but the Feds say they have proof he was involved. via: TMZ The saying goes, pics or it didn’t happen … and in Tekashi69 ‘s case, the feds say they have all they need to prove his involvement in multiple crimes … TMZ has learned. Federal prosecutors filed documents, obtained by TMZ, which include more than a dozen images of Tekashi, his ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan (aka Tr3way) and other crew members pulling armed robberies and shootings. The evidence seems to have him dead to rights. According to the docs, cops grabbed videos from phones belonging to 6ix9ine or crew members and matched them with surveillance videos of an April 3 armed robbery in Brooklyn. They say the images prove Shotti pulled the robbery, and cops believe Tekashi watched from the street and recorded video. There’s a screen grab from that video, which prosecutors think Tekashi gave to a 3rd party to post on the Internet. Also included … matching shots of a backpack that was stolen, and later found in Tekashi’s home during a Sept. raid. That raid also turned up an AR-15 rifle.

Source: @JustInMyView / R1 Digital Feds Reportedly Have Multiple Photo’s Linking Tekashi 6ix9ine To Multiple Robberies In Brooklyn According to TMZ , Federal prosecutors have shared several photos that appear to link Tekashi 6ix9ine to a series of armed robberies in Brooklyn. The images have been time stamped and seem to place the rapper at the scene of several robberies, shootings, and other violent crimes. Federal prosecutors reportedly filed the photo evidence in an attempt to prove to a judge that the rapper should be denied bail and should see him as a flight risk. Evidence including footage from an April 3rd armed robbery in Brooklyn which 6ix9ine actually filmed himself and later gave to a third party to post onto the Internet are in Fed possession. Also, there are photographs of 6ix9ine reportedly on the scene at a pair of shootings in Brooklyn on April 21st, as well as ones of him in possession of a backpack stolen during an armed robbery. In spite of the photographic evidence, Tekashi’s lawyer Lance Lazzaro maintains the artist’s innocence, saying “Daniel Hernandez is innocent and was never part of a criminal enterprise. He should never have been indicted.”
