On Sunday night, Charlotte became the number one city for hip-hop in the country as rappers flew in, partied and in the case of Meek Mill and J. Cole , performed in the marquee event of All-Star Weekend — the All-Star Game. Meek opened up for player intros, running through a medley of hits from 2018’s “Intro” to “Dreams And Nightmares,” “Going Bad,” “Uptown Vibes” and others. I’m pretty sure Team LeBron getting the “Dreams And Nightmares” intro for player introductions was a cheat code as they came back from 20-down to win the game. Meanwhile, Cole repped for classic Starter jackets and ’90s fashion before checking off a number of current hits and items from both KOD and 2014 Forest Hills Drive . He even teased his verse from “a lot,” telling 21 Savage , “We love you,” during the broadcast. Even Team LeBron had to get in on the action as they asked head coach Mike Malone if they could head out from the locker room to watch Cole perform “ATM” and “Middle Child.” But the biggest Carolina win, from an old school perspective came from Anthony Hamilton who delivered a little soul and passion to his rendition of the National Anthem. It’s not Marvin Gaye circa 1983 but it was far better than what Fergie gave us last year in Los Angeles. What Do You Need To Know?: Tekashi69 Plea Deal Revealed, He’s Telling On Everybody

Source: PYMCA / Getty The details of Tekashi69’s plea deal with the Feds have been revealed. Unless you haven’t been paying attention you should be surprised—he copped to everything he stood accused of and told on any and everybody.  Among the crimes the Brooklyn rapper admitted to was trying to have Chief Keef shot, selling a kilo of heroin and even helping rivals to attempt a murder to increase his standing in the Nine Trey Bloods, which he joined in the fall of 2017. Reports TMZ : As we reported, the rapper cooperated with the feds and even testified before the Grand Jury. The U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York agreed “not to prosecute [69] for the crimes set forth in Counts One through Nine.”  So, various crimes are off the books. In addition, prosecutors agreed not to go after 69 for crimes he told prosecutors about but have not yet been charged. The plea deal also says, “It is understood that the defendant’s cooperation is likely to reveal the activities of individuals and that witness protection may be required at a later date.” It sounds like that may be necessary, because 69’s testimony implicates hardened criminals accused of extremely violent crimes.  It’s ultimately up to the judge to determine sentence … but the prosecutors say if Tekashi keeps talking, he’ll get a gigantic break … “should the defendant successfully cooperate, the government agrees that it will file at the time of sentencing a motion … for a sentence below any mandatory minimum.”  Tekashi’s rap career is basically over since being in witness protection could make performing a problem. We wouldn’t be surprised if Tekashi only gets time served when all is said and done. Keep in mind, Tekashi69 was a civilian and admitted troll, he was never really ’bout that gang life. Getty Images and Instagram Laura Helm Said She Contracted Herpes From Usher Following Two Intimate Encounters The woman who is suing  Usher for knowingly gave her the herpes virus has pleaded with a judge not to OK the singer’s motion to seal evidence in the case. Laura Helm said Usher’s belief that he needs an all-encompassing gag order because he’s such a big star that revelations about his sex life, partners and health coming to light could ruin his rep, are full of hot air. Helm said she has already had to endure embarrassment and humiliation from her herpes diagnosis and from having to publicly accuse Usher over it. “Unfortunately, trials are public and often the contents of a trial are embarrassing, but just because the Defendant is a celebrity does not entitle to him to private confidential trials while the rest of society must display their most embarrassing damages publicly, like the Plaintiff had to do to bring this action for the embarrassing damages caused by the Defendant,” Helm wrote in court docs obtained by BOSSIP. Helm said Usher’s legal bid to put a gag order on her herpes transmission case against him not only violates her and the media’s first amendment rights but the courts legal right to a public record. “It is ironic the Defendant, whose lawyer in this matter makes public statements, now asks this Court to gag the Plaintiff. The Defendant, with his power, money and popularity, requests this Court to silence his victims in the time of #metoo.” The alleged victim is adamant that evidence including both of their “content of medical reports or billing records regarding STDs and herpes or third-party claims for the same” be made public once the case heads to trial. A judge has not yet ruled on Usher’s gag order motion.

When Keeping It Real Goes Wrong: Judge Plans To Use Trey Songz’ “F The Police” Snap Statements Against Him In Court

Trey Songz’ SnapChats To Be Used In Assault Trial If you’ll recall, Tremaine was charged with assault on a Detroit police officer during a concert on back in December, where he reportedly threw a fit and tossed stage equipment around after his performance set was cut short at Joe Louis Arena. He’s charged with one count of assaulting a police officer causing injury and one count of aggravated assault. Now, the judge in the case is ruling that some of Trey’s statements regarding cops separate from the incident can be included in the case…just so the jury knows exactly where his head is at when it comes to police. Wayne County Circuit Judge Lawrence Talon ruled that some saved SnapChat videos depicting Trey making statements like “F*** the Police” were admissible into evidence by the prosecution. According to Fox 2 News Detroit , prosecutors argue: “Given the fact that the defendant is highly unsatisfied with police as shown from these videos ahead of time, saying all these vulgar comments about police, it is relevant to show that the defendant intended to do the crime that he is charged with.” Well that is some interesting reasoning…but obviously, the judge bought it. SMH, things aren’t looking too great for Trey… WENN

Amber Portwood: Sued & EVICTED For Failure to Pay Rent?!

In the past, Teen Mom fans have applauded Amber Portwood’s success story, citing it as evidence that anyone can change, and there’s no such thing as a hopeless case. Now, however, it seems that the fan favorite has hit another rough patch, and viewers are beginning to wonder if her home life is really as stable as it seems. Last month Portwood was sued for leaving her former rental home in a state of disarray and failing to pay rent for the last two months that she lived there. Now, Radar Online is reporting that Amber is facing eviction  for allegedly repeating the same irresponsible behaviors in her new home. Court documents obtained by the site indicate that the landlord of Portwood and her fiance, Matt Baier, has begun eviction proceedings due to the couple’s repeated failure to pay rent. “The Plaintiff complains of the defendant and says that on June 3, 2016 the Plaintiff rented to the Defendant at a rent of $2,200 per month,” the court filing reads. “On February 8th 2017 said tenancy expired by the terms thereof for the reason late/unpaid rent, alterations to property without owner’s approval, excessive damage to property.” An eviction hearing has been scheduled in Lawrence Township Small Claims Court on March 9. It’s puzzling that Amber would fail to pat $2,200 in rent, considering recently released information about the Teen Mom stars’ salaries revealed that she’s doing quite well for herself. Both she and Baier struggled with substance abuse over the years, but are reportedly clean and sober these days. Of course, it’s difficult to imagine that two clean and sober parents with six figures in the bank could find themselves getting sued for failure to pay their modest rent twice within the span of a few months. It seems likely that Amber is keeping something not only from fans, but from Teen Mom: OG producers as well. Amber’s recent storylines on the show have mostly centered around her successful efforts to rebuild her life. While some fans have expressed concerns over her engagement to Baier , for the most part, she seems to have turned things around from the days when she was imprisoned for assault. So the news that she may be struggling to keep a roof over her head is surprising, to say the least. Watch Teen Mom online to relive the bumpy road that brought Amber to this point.

Pedophile Sentenced To Only 60 Days In Jail For Incest Rape Of 12-Year-Old Girl What the f**k are these judges smoking this year when it comes time to sentence rapist and child abusers in 2016? According to a disturbing report in the DailyMail , incest child rape is not big deal to some magistrates… More than 85,000 people have signed a petition calling to impeach a Montana judge who sentenced an admitted child rapist to just 60 days in prison. Martin Blake, 40, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 12-year-old female relative multiple times earlier this year. Blake, from Glasgow, originally faced multiple charges of incest rape but agreed to admit to just one as part of a plea deal. The deal recommended Blake be sentenced to at least 25 years in prison. But District Judge John McKeon gave him a 30-year probationary sentence instead. To make matters worse, Judge McKeon gave this sick pedophile CREDIT for the 17 days he already served while awaiting trial Whats even crazier is that the victim’s family ASKED the judge not to sentence the pervy pedo to hard time… ‘I do not feel 25 years in prison is necessarily the best way for the defendant to pay for what he has done,’ the victim’s mother said in a statement. ‘He made a horrible choice. He needs help – not to spend 25 years locked up.’ Even the victim’s GRANDMOTHER pleaded for this sick bastard… ‘What he did to my granddaughter was horrible, and he should face consequences,’ she said. ‘And I certainly never want it to happen again to anyone’ ‘But his children, especially his sons, will be devastated if their dad is no longer part of their lives.’ Something is up with this family… Regardless of what the family asked for, the judge should have thrown a library at this guy! Malachi needs to quit with all this mess… NBCMiami : Malachi Love-Robinson, the alleged fake teen doctor, has been arrested again. He faces new charges of larceny between $20,000 and $100,000, and fraud. According to The Palm Beach Post , Love-Robinson was arrested Monday during a court hearing where his attorney asked to be released from serving as the 19-year-old’s lawyer. Love-Robinson was first arrested in February and charged with practicing medicine without a license, fraud, theft and faking a naturopathy license. Last month, attorneys for the so called “Dr. Love” filed documents saying they are “exploring the viability of a defense focused on limitations presented by the defendant’s mental health.” Earlier this year, Love-Robinson turned down a plea deal in which he would have served three years in prison. Lindsay Lohan is a Cokehead, Loses Lawsuit

Back in February,  Lindsay Lohan tried to sue Fox News after a commentator stated on the air that Lindsay does coke with her mom. The case finally went before a judge today, and TMZ is reporting that was immediately thrown out of court. The reason? Lindsay totally did coke with her mom – probably on several occasions. The judge – who must frequent celebrity gossip sites – dismissed the case on the simple grounds that “the truth is a defense.” In other words, “Everyone knows Lindsay Lohan is a cokehead , and Dina is certainly no better.” The judge didn’t cite any examples, but if he wanted to, he could’ve reminded Lindsay of the time she called her dad and specifically told him that Dina is on coke . We don’t blame the man for not getting into specifics. Instances that prove Lindsay Lohan is on drugs and Dina Lohan is the worst kind of enabler are so plentiful that no one would make it home this weekend if the judge started listing them all.  As of right now, Lindsay’s cases against Fox News and Sean Hannity have been officially thrown out. There’s no word on the outcome of the Lindsay’s suit against the guest on Hannity’s show who made the comment, but we’re guessing that one’s dun-zo, as well. If not, the defendant should just take a camera to the Chateau Marmont this weekend, where he will 100% see Lindsay consoling herself by burying her face in a pile of blow that would make Tony Montana weep.

Reality Star Set To Be Sentenced In Drug Trafficking Case Next Month Federal prosecutors in Love & Hip Hop’s Mendeecees Harris ’ drug running case have asked that the reality star serve no more than 10 years for the crimes. Last April, Harris took a deal and pled guilty to felony drug trafficking and conspiracy, admitting that he, his brother and another man ferried large amounts of cocaine and heroin to upstate New York. Despite the deal, Harris still faced up to 40 years in prison and a $5 million fine. But prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office recommended that Harris’ sentence be downgraded, so that he serves between 108 months and 121 months in the Big House. The feds wrote that Harris deserved a break because he admitted his role in the major drug ring and cooperated with authorities on the terms of his plea deal. The U.S. Attorney’s Office also requested that Harris forfeit his earnings from the hit reality show – nearly $171,000 – as well as pay an additional $100 fine when he’s sentenced Oct. 2. “Upon the ground that the defendant has assisted authorities in the investigation or prosecution of the defendant’s own misconduct by timely notifying authorities of the defendant’s intention to enter a plea of guilty, thereby permitting the government to avoid preparing for trial and permitting the government and the court to allocate their resources efficiently, the government hereby moves the court to apply the additional one level downward adjustment for acceptance of responsibility…” Assistant U.S. Attorney Frank Sherman wrote to the court Sept. 11. BOSSIP has reached out to Harris’ attorney, Donald Thompson, for comment.

Son Of Zimbabwe’s First Lady Receives No Jail Time For Killing Man With Car It’s no secret that the rich and powerful get away with murder… Or in this case, manslaughter. According to NY Daily News The eldest son of Zimbabwe’s First Lady has been fined $800 after being convicted of manslaughter. Russell Goreraza, the stepson of long-time leader Robert Mugabe, knocked down and killed a man in Harare, the country’s capital, reports the BBC . The judge said he had decided against jailing the 31-year-old — and taking away his license — because of the defendant’s remorse. Goreraza was also a first-time offender. “I regret and want to apologise for the incident,” he said in court. The BBC claims the lenient sentence has shocked many in Zimbabwe. Two-year prison sentences have been handed down in similar cases. The accident happened in February. SMH. Do you think this is going to come back to haunt his parents?
