A creep has been accused of hounding cancer-surviving “Good Morning America” anchor Robin Roberts — and even threatened to slug her in the face, court records show. Security called cops after Troy Warren, 43, showed up outside ABC’s Times Square studios at least eight times and threatened her. He made the creepy visits to the 1500 Broadway location while Roberts was inside the studio between June 10 and June 24, according to the criminal complaint. He asked to see Roberts several times despite being asked to leave. “When I see her, I’m going to punch her in the face,” the loon told Michael Centrella, the security director of “Good Morning America,” at 8 a.m. June 24. “Due to the defendant’s above described conduct Ms. Robin Roberts fears for her physical safety and well-being,” records show. This is the second major stalking incident at the ABC Times Square studios. Homeless wacko Andre Johnson has been accused of showing up at the location earlier this month with a knife and threatening to stab morning show host and former New York Giant Michael Strahan. Warren was arraigned Wednesday in Manhattan Criminal Court on misdemeanor stalking and harassment raps. A judge set bail at $3,000. He has two sealed priors, cops said. All these stalkings and near-attacks…what are they doing at ABC’s studios to piss all the crazies off so much???

Jealous Queens Teacher Arrested For Rape Of Student Who Dated Another Girl Via NYDailyNews A Queens gym teacher flipped out on a student she raped numerous times when he was 16 after he revealed he was taking a date to the prom, prosecutors alleged Tuesday. The relationship between Joy Morsi, 39, of Massapequa, L.I. and the wrestler at Grover Cleveland High School in Ridgewood began around June of last year when she helped him try to lose weight, prosecutors said. On June 10, Morsi lured the student into a “secluded closet” where she exposed herself to the student, prosecutor Taylor Piscionere said. She also allegedly sent the student emails asking if he was a virgin, as well as raunchy selfies. Sexual encounters occurred all over the school from June to July of last year — including the basement and gymnasium, prosecutors said. The victim alerted authorities two weeks ago to the affair — which continued outside of school grounds — after Morsi became jealous he was taking a girl to prom, prosecutors said. The student turned 17 during the nearly year-long dalliance, prosecutors said, making subsequent alleged encounters legal in the eyes of the law. A stone-faced Morsi, wearing all black, pleaded not guilty to numerous counts of third-degree rape, a criminal sexual act in the third degree and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Apparently the after school sex education wasn’t as big a secret as Morsi thought… “We had a feeling that something was going on,” said ninth-grader Josie Gonzalez. “They would always be together around the school.” They said Morsi’s husband is a science teacher at the same school. A man identified as her husband left the courtroom separately from Morsi without commenting. Wait, her HUSBAND works at the same school?!?!?! SMMFH. “This case is particularly disturbing because the defendant is a teacher and schools should be safe havens for children,” said Queens District Attorney Richard Brown. “Instead, this defendant is accused of sexually preying upon one of her students during rendezvous all over the school.” Hajar Rajah was still shocked by the news because she thought Morsi was a good teacher. “I’m surprised about this because she’s a really hard-working teacher, and she’s nice,” said Rajah, also a ninth-grader. “She pushes people in gym all the time to work out, and that’s a good thing, you know?” If convicted, Morsi faces up to four years in prison. “If convicted”, ha, that’s cute. But now “Love & Hip-Hop New York” cast member Yandy Smith has some serious explaining to do! The folks at UPTOWN did some digging and they’ve discovered that Yandy’s man Mendeecees is not currently in federal custody: In January 2013 Mendeecees Harris was arrested and charged with narcotics conspiracy and money laundering. Specifically, Mr. Harris was charged with knowingly, willfully and unlawfully combining and conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine (Schedule I Substance) and 1 kilogram of heroin (Schedule II Substance). Such narcotics charges are punishable by a sentence of 10 years to life in prison, plus fines. While the laundering charges carry a maximum sentence of 20 years, plus fines. In conjunction with the documents filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the Court seized specific assets from Mr. Harris and his co-conspirators, including such valuables as a Hublot “King Power” in 18kt rose gold ($45,000) and Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day-Date Chronometer in 18kt yellow gold ($40,000). All in all, federal authorities seized over $406,950 in jewelry. Authorities also seized countless sums from various safe deposit boxes (e.g. $488,900 in a Sovereign Bank safe deposit box, $300,200 in a Bank of America safe deposit box and $122,000 in a Chase safe deposit box). In December 2013, Harris’ co-defendant Ronald Walker (aka Kellz) pled guilty to the narcotics conspiracy and money laundering charges. He admitted to arranging for the distribution of at least 40 kilograms of cocaine and at least 1 kilogram of heroin through Mendeecees (aka Uno) and others. He also admitted to laundering millions of dollars through corporations in his name. Consistent with his plea agreement, Walker was sentenced to the minimum 10 years of imprisonment, to be followed by 5 years of supervised release. As a result of Walker’s conviction, $2.5 million worth of assets seized in connection with the investigation were forfeited to the government, including cash and homes in Queens, New York and Fulton County, Georgia. But where do things stand with Mendeecees’ case? Apparently as of November 2013, no public docket entries have been made by the Court Clerk. Both the Bureau of Prisons and Harris’ attorney report that Mendeecees is currently not in federal custody, but do not offer any additional information or comment. The most recent activity in Mendeecees’ case was an order requiring the parties to inform the Court by November 15, 2013 as to whether the defendant would be requesting that infamous detention hearing. Curiously, no public filings appear on record thereafter. If a detention hearing is eventually scheduled and held, the Court will hear testimony and determine whether there is probable cause that Harris committed the alleged offenses. If so, the judge must then decide whether any conditions of release would adequately ensure that the defendant is not a risk of flight or a danger to the community. However, with confirmation that Mendeecees is currently not in federal custody and no recent court filings, there is a likelihood that the case has already been resolved and the details of that resolution are sealed. These epitome of a bad mothers ain’t isht! Via NYDailyNews : A deadbeat Virginia mom, whose 4-year-old son found and snorted her stash of yayo, has been locked up for 12 months. Carrie Ann Billups, 26, pleaded guilty to child abuse after the toddler got high from $10 worth of the drug he discovered hidden under her bedroom lamp in Nov. 2012. Billups told cops she woke up one morning at her Chesapeake home to see her kid sniffing the white powder. Taking the drug away, she held off on taking him to hospital as she didn’t want to get into trouble. But hours later he started vomiting. She took him to Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters where a urine test confirmed he’d ingested the drug. He was treated and released the following day, reports The Virginian-Pilot. Chesapeake Circuit Judge Marjorie Arrington sentenced Billups on Monday to five years in prison, but suspended four years of the term. “I don’t think a 4-year-old would know how to snort blow unless he’s seen it done somewhere,” Arrington told the defendant. “The court is concerned about what’s going to happen to this child when you are released if you continue to use yayo.” This is terrible. Prosecution Finishes Closing Arguments In Zimmerman Trial According to Mail Online George Zimmerman profiled and followed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, assuming he was up to no good – these assumptions led to his death, a prosecutor argued today in closing arguments of the second-degree murder trial. ‘A teenager is dead. He is dead through no fault of his own,’ assistant state attorney Bernie de la Rionda told the jury. ‘He is dead because another man made assumptions. ‘He is dead not just because that man made those assumptions but because he acted on them, and unfortunately because his assumptions were wrong, Trayvon Benjamin Martin no longer walks on this earth.’ De la Rionda told the jury that Zimmerman wanted to be a police officer and that’s why he followed Martin through his neighborhood, even though the teen wasn’t doing anything wrong. ‘He assumed Trayvon Martin was a criminal. That is why we are here,’ de la Rionda said. ‘Defense will argue self defense. But who do you think was more scared? ‘The kid who was minding his own business being followed by another guy in an SUV. That is the person who was scared. ‘But Trayvon Martin can’t come in here and tell us how he was feeling and that is because of the actions of the defendant.’ Showing jurors the last photograph taken of Trayvon, he described him as an innocent, unarmed teen who was doing an everyday thing by going to the 7/11 to buy Skittles and a drink. In contrast, Zimmerman was painted as an angry, frustrated, wannabe cop who took the law into his own hands by targeting a teen who he believed looked suspicious. ‘What started this?’ he asked the jury. ‘Assumptions, incorrect assumptions on George Zimmerman’s behalf. ‘In George Zimmerman’s mind, Trayvon Martin was a f***ing punk and an a**hole and was NOT going to get away’ ‘This innocent 17-year-old kid was profiled as a criminal. To quote the defendant, he was one of “those a**holes that always get away”, he was one of those “f***ing punks”. ‘But he didn’t scream that out, so the defense will argue there is no ill will or hatred shown. But he muttered it under his breath, which indicates ill will because he verbalized what he was thinking. ‘That’s important, because in his mind he had already assumed certain things. Because in his mind Trayvon Martin was a f***ing punk and an a**hole and was not going to get away.’ De la Rionda referenced many different aspects of the case, different pieces of evidence, and pleaded with the jury to use ‘your God-given common sense’ and find the neighborhood watch volunteer guilty of second-degree murder. The jury has been allowed to consider a manslaughter conviction which in Florida carries a heavy sentence, but you never know what tricks the defense has up their sleeves.
A Washington man has been charged with bigamy after Facebook revealed he was married to two different women, unbeknownst to either of them. Guess someone needs to up his privacy settings. Alan O’Neill, a 41-year-old state corrections officer, married a woman in 2001, separated from her eight years later, changed his name and remarried. The two wives revealed O’Neill’s deception when – you guessed it – they both noticed the other one as a “friend” on their husband’s Facebook profile. “Wife No. 1 went to wife No. 2’s page and saw a picture of her and her husband with a wedding cake,” Pierce County Prosecutor Mark Lindquist said. O’Neill’s first wife then called and confronted the mother of wife No. 2. “An hour later the defendant arrived at [the original wife’s] apartment, and she asked him several times if they were divorced,” court records show. “The defendant at that point said, ‘No, we are still married.'” With his deception revealed, O’Neill allegedly asked his first wife to not alert authorities to the bigamy, which is illegal under federal and state laws. However, she went ahead and reported his duplicity. The accused was previously known as Alan Fulk and currently works as a Pierce County corrections officer, sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer said. He was placed on leave from his job after being charged with bigamy, and officials say O’Neill faces up to a year in jail if convicted of that offense.
Fox News Journalist Slams Media For Not Addressing Racism In Politics Fox News journalist and former NPR employee Juan Williams recently took the time to do something we rarely see done on the often one-sided network: speak out against racism in politics . Williams held nothing back in a recent piece putting the media on blast for overly vilifying black Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas after he recently made a joke to his colleagues in court, while over looking the far more blatantly racist actions of other politicians on a regular basis. via Fox News Last week during an oral argument, Justice Thomas appeared to make a joke to his fellow members of the Supreme Court. His words were not completely audible to the people in the court. When it was noted that the defendant’s counsel went to Yale, Thomas’s alma mater, Justice Thomas apparently said something to this effect: If the defendant’s lawyer was a Yale Law graduate maybe he didn’t have adequate counsel. Ha! Ha! The idea that black people – liberal or conservative – are not allowed to speak out as independent thinkers is apparently a truth for a lot of liberals and conservatives. Blacks are supposed to stay in neatly defined political boxes. However, as the never-ending assault on Justice Thomas’s integrity shows, the deepest vein of intolerance is to be found on the Left for minority conservatives. Isn’t about time for someone in the mainstream media called out the haters and the race hustlers? Williams then went on to assert that black people were singled out for voting President Obama into office in overwhelming numbers, while little attention was given to the fact that a large majority of white people also voted against President Obama. He then shared his own personal struggles with being a black conservative. The fact is that despite the caricatures of black political thought there is a wide variety of opinion among blacks just as there is among whites, Hispanics and Asians. Yes, it is true that more than 90 percent of black Americans voted for President Obama. It is also true that close to 60 percent of white voted against President Obama. But that is not reflective of the variety of political views of black or white Americans. When I ask why civil rights leaders fail to take on gangster rappers who glamorize violence I was labeled as ‘Not-Authentically-Black.’ As one NPR executive put it to me – just before I was fired from NPR – the old guard of white liberals at NPR did not appreciate a black man with conservative social views and some conservative friends. When will the mainstream media call attention to this type of ‘intolerance’ that is absolutely racist thinking at its worst? Williams points out what so many people have been questioning throughout much of Obama’s presidency, and before. Racism in politics alive and well…..and the call for attention to this topic is long over due.
SMH. According to ABC News: A woman who allegedly told New York City police she pushed a man onto the subway tracks because she hated Hindus and Muslims has been charged with murder as a hate crime. Erica Menendez, 31, allegedly told police that she “pushed a Muslim off the train tracks because I hate Hindus and Muslims ever since 2001 when they put down the twin towers I’ve been beating them up.” Menendez was taken into custody this morning after a two-day search, and when detectives were interviewing her she allegedly made the statements implicating herself in Thursday night’s subway-platform death. “The defendant is accused of committing what is every subway commuter’s worst nightmare — being suddenly and senselessly pushed into the path of an oncoming train,” Queen District Attorney Richard A. Brown said. “The victim was allegedly shoved from behind and had no chance to defend himself. Beyond that, the hateful remarks allegedly made by the defendant and which precipitated the defendant’s actions can never be tolerated by a civilized society.” Menendez was due to be arraigned this evening. She could face 25 years to life in prison if convicted of the second degree murder charge. On Thursday night, a woman shoved a man from a subway platform at Queens Boulevard, and the man was crushed beneath an oncoming train. Police had searched the area for her after the incident. The victim was Sunando Sen, identified by several media outlets as a graphic designer and Indian immigrant who opened a print shop, Amsterdam Copy, on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Sen was struck by the No. 7 train after the unidentified woman allegedly pushed him from the northbound platform at 40th Street and Queens Boulevard at 8:04 p.m. on Thursday. Witnesses told police they had seen the woman mubling to herself, pacing along the platform. She gave Sen little time to react, witnesses said. “Witnesses said she was walking back and forth on the platform, talking to herself, before taking a seat alone on a wooden bench near the north end of the platform. When the train pulled into the station, the suspect rose from the bench and pushed the man, who was standing with his back to her, onto the tracks into the path of the train,” NYPD Deputy Commissioner Paul J. Browne said earlier today. “The victim appeared not to notice her, according to witnesses.” Wow. What’s with people and these subway killings these days ?!
Chaos broke out after an arraignment Saturday afternoon in downtown Detroit. Words were exchanged between the families of the victim and the defendant as they exited the courthouse. A woman connected to the defendant grabbed a tripod from our sister station WXYZ-TV, slammed it into the cement and ripped one of the legs off. As the argument rolled on, the woman brandished the tripod leg and then made a threat. “Stand back cameraman, because I’m going to kill these [EXPLETIVE]“, the woman said. The wild scene took place minutes after 35-year-old Jacob Wells was arraigned on murder charges. He is accused of shooting and killing 21-year-old nursing student Claudia Benson last weekend outside a Detroit bar and grill. The families of both the victim and the defendant were in court. No punches were thrown, and there were attempts to quell the fighting. Eventually, both sides went their separate ways. Court security would not come outside, telling WXYZ that outside the building is not their responsibility. 911 was called, but the fight had broken up by the time Detroit police arrived. “She attacked us,” said Alecha Benson, Claudia Benson’s mother. “They’re a bunch of maniacs and animals to do this, no remorse at all.” The woman who destroyed the tripod was last seen walking down Madison Street twirling the tripod leg. WXYZ did fill out a police report. “I just want justice,” Benson said. “I want them to throw the book at him for what he did to my daughter.
