Lindsay Lohan just blew off her deposition in another lawsuit. We know, we know … hard to even imagine such an event. The troubled star had been ordered to appear for a deposition in L.A. Monday morning in her lawsuit with a celebrity news photographer named Grigor Balyan. He claims the actress’ assistant crashed into him in 2010 outside an L.A. club and put him in the hospital, all while driving Miss Crazy in her ride. Lindsay, who did not show for her previous deposition in this case because she’s just too busy partying , blew this one off as well … girl is not bright. The best part? Her lawyer, Julia Azrael, can’t even get in touch with Lohan, and tried to give Grigor’s lawyers a heads up that she can’t reach her . The deposition wasn’t rescheduled, however, and Balyan’s camp will file legal papers this week asking a judge to FORCE Lindsay to show the hell up. If Lindsay continues to refuse, the judge could simply issue a judgment against her and order LiLo to pay whatever amount of cash he/she deems fit. Not like they’ll be able to collect. Just saying.

Lindsay Lohan is freaking PISSED that Jose Rodriguez claims she drilled him with her car and ” reeked of booze ” at the time, so she’s suing her alleged hit-and-run victim, according to reports. Lindsay was arrested for the hit-and-run last week. Rodriguez claims Lohan hit him with her Porsche SUV outside Manhattan’s Dream Hotel, then drove off. The hotel surveillance video below suggests he exaggerated the claims (at best). Lindsay Lohan Hit-and-Run Video Rodriguez also gave an interview to a reporter claiming Lindsay was slurring and “smelled like alcohol real bad” at the time, but she was at Slash’s concert NOT drinking just 45 minutes earlier. More importantly, police who arrested Lindsay even say alcohol was not involved. The troubled star believes she could lose work if she continues being accused of things she didn’t do (like drive drunk and hit people), so she’s planning on suing Rodriguez for defamation. While lame opportunists undoubtedly have and will continue to target her to score a quick paycheck, the 26-year-old may want to take precautions beforehand, such as hiring a car service. She may not be a drunk driver, but she’s a pretty terrible one.

Pippa Middleton and George Percy, her ex-boyfriend, have been seen together a lot recently. Will they get back together amid her breakup with Alex Loudon ? The younger sister of Kate Middleton was all smiles last Wednesday evening as she grabbed dinner in central London with a familiar, handsome fellow. George Percy dined with Pippa, then they headed back to his apartment. The next morning, she was reportedly seen leaving Percy’s flat with a hug and kiss! Pippa and George Percy were also seen last month in Madrid, Spain (see above), in the weeks following the royal wedding of Kate and Prince William. The son of the Duke of Northumberland (one of England’s richest men), George Percy is a college friend of Middleton and now a co-worker of hers. Reports say Pippa took a job at Percy’s geothermal energy firm. The two were the subject of romance rumors even before the news that Middleton and Alex Loudon, her financier beau of over a year, have split. As of late last month, a Middleton pal said she and Percy remain platonic: “She loves George, but only as a best friend. Charlie Sheen has remained relatively quiet over the last few weeks. But might that be because he’s planning a major career move? Insiders tell TMZ the actor is entertaining a “big offer” to anchor a sitcom that would debut on broadcast television as soon as January 2012. The troubled star is allegedly in “deep negotiations” for a deal that would not even require a pilot. Sheen has not said much publicly since predicting the demise o f Two and a Half Men in in mid-May. Relax. What happened between former lovers Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson last night isn’t necessarily what our headline leads you to believe. Or maybe it is. Sam’s Twitter really makes you wonder! Mystery still surrounds Lohan’s early morning impromptu visit to the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood after the troubled star departed in Ronson’s car … There you have it . Sam watches Grey’s Anatomy still? LOL. That’s beyond bad! The part about Lohan lying next to her is equally baffling. Back track to six hours ago, Lindsay was seen driving her Porsche to Teddy’s nightclub at the hotel. She then left as passenger in Ronson’s black BMW around 45 minutes later. Lohan says the two are just friends … you buying that after the above Tweet? Either way, at least her walk of shame was probably the shortest in history .

Even though Lindsay Lohan is legally free to leave rehab today, she’s sticking around Betty Ford, possibly until next week, to get additional treatment. However, reports say Lohan is talking with the Betty Ford Center about remaining in the residential day treatment program until at least Saturday . Good for her.
