Kim Kardashian has been exposed. No, not in the Bound 2 music video , although Kanye West is definitely cradling a topless Kim Kardashian in that bizarre footage. And not in the pages of Playboy back in the day, although, let’s face it: there are plenty of Kim Kardashian nude photos to go around from that pictorial. This time, though, the exposure in question relates to Kim’s post-baby weight loss. Kardashian has claimed she shed over 70 pounds largely due to exercise and the Atkin’s Diet , but Life & Style alleges otherwise. It says surgeon Simon Ourian worked on Kim’s body, to the tune of $80,000, and transformed her back into her old self via a handful of “secret procedures.” But we guess the secret is now out! Or is it?!? “I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight!” Kim just Tweeted in response. “This is FALSE. I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I work out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!! “I’m so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports! Say what u want about me but I work hard & am the most disciplined person u will ever meet!” We actually do believe Kardashian in this case. She probably did work the weight off. After all, it’s not like she has anything else to do all day.
