An insider claims this unexpected duo were “very cozy” at Mondrian Hotel and visit Coffee Bean and did some shopping together the following afternoon. This isn’t the first time Phelps has shown questionable taste in the opposite sex. He was once rumored to be dating Carrie Prejean. We agree: he’s upgraded!
