Colton Underwood Says He Was "Touched Inappropriately" at Charity Event

As the star of The Bachelor, Colton Underwood really hopes to be touched enough by one of his suitors to propose marriage and to live happily ever after. But the reality star has now made news for claiming he was touched in a very dfferent manner by someone at an event in San Diego. Via Instagram Story on Thursday, the 27-year old told fans that he had to leave a benefit for his Legacy Foundation – which helps people with cystic fibrosis – early because he was “grabbed and touched inappropriately.” The alleged incident took place on Wednesday. “San Diego. I’m sorry if you didn’t get a picture at the event last night,” wrote the former football player, elaborating on what he claims transpired: “But at one point during the event, I was grabbed and touched inappropriately while people were throwing cameras in my face. I am the type of person who would have stood in line for hours to make sure anyone who supported the event got a picture, but once that happened, I had to do what was best for me as a human being. “I didn’t sign up to be a piece of meat or a zoo animal.” Underwood, as ABC continues to scream loudly in every promo, is a virgin. Well… he wa a virgin when he signed on to anchor Season 23, but various The Bachelor spoilers have hinted that he wa deflowered by the woman he selected as his eventually winner. To be clear, it’s wrong to inappropriately touch any one at any time. But many are likely now wondering whether Underwood’s history in this sexual area plays any role in his reaction to whatever happened at the fundraiser. The Colton Underwood Legacy Foundation is pretty awesome. It co-hosted the Legacy Pack Launch Party in San Diego this week, a gathering for a great cause that included fellow Bachelor Nation alum such as: Becca Kufrin, Garrett Yrigoyen, Tanner Tolbert and Blake Horstmann. According to E! News, Underwood was took numerous selfies and other photos with female fans at the event — and the alleged perpetrator has not been identified. Concluded Underwood in his message: “I hope we run into each other at another event or on the street and I can take the time to say hello. Thank you again for coming to support Legacy and the fight against CF.” In a separate post, Underwood later added: “On another note: THANK YOU so much to @mavericksbeachclub & @puravidabracelets for putting on an amazing event.” The Bachelor, meanwhile, is gearing up for what looks to be an intense final set of episodes.
