With all the hullabaloo over Lindsay Lohan’s rehab scuffle , we almost forgot her sister Ali’s birthday today. Congrats to the future Betty Ford patient! Ali Lohan is 17 going on 37. Have an underage drink on her tonight – you know she will be. The (rotten) apple doesn’t far from the tree, as they say. Our wish for Aliana this year … emancipation.
