Teresa Giudice may simply be celebrating a milestone birthday in the photos below. Or she may be sending a pretty serious message to Instagram followers. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member is estranged from husband Joe, but for a very good reason: He's serving time in jail for bankruptcy fraud and then may very well be deported back to Italy upon his release . We've heard at times that Teresa therefore wants to get out of her marriage — and at other times that she'll always stick by her man's side. What should we believe? Is Giudice finally ready to pull the plug on her marriage? 4.
