Beyonce, Jay Z And Blue Ivy Visit DC For Michelle Obama’s Birthday With both Beyonce and Jay Z spending much of 2013 on tour, the Carter crew has been jet setting around the country together for quite some time now and they recently took their talents….and their tiny tot…to the Nation’s Capital for First Lady Michelle’s Obama’s birthday bash. Hubby Hov, little Blue Ivy and even mama Tina all accompanied ‘Yonce to the White House where she gave her mini me a tour before performing for the FLOTUS later on that evening at her birthday soiree.
