So this happened in Vietnam, where some dude got into an old stash of Agent Orange, or some other lady boy peddled shit, and dude thinks he is swimming in the middle of the street, because his delusions from the drugs he is on make him feel like he is in the ocean, and that’s some seriously gangster drugs….making dude the Crackhead of the Day…a title that comes with no prize other than the recognition of being awesome…
