I haven’t seen pictures of Heidi Montag in a really long time, a glorious lady-douche free long time, but it looks like she’s back. Here she is at some event over the weekend, I don’t know why anyone would invite her to anything anymore, looking as natural as ever. I think she might want to head to her plastic surgeon for a tune up, things aren’t looking right. I guess it’s alright, nobody ever really looks at her face anyway.
