Source: Red Bull / Red Bull Red Bull 3Style National Finals Touch Down In San Fransisco The world’s largest global DJ competition is making it’s way to San Fransisco next month. Six of the country’s best DJs will get together on December 8 for the ultimate battle of the turntables, and the winner of the competition will go on to represent the USA at the 2020 Red Bull 3Style World DJ Championships in Moscow, Russia. Red Bull 3Style is now in its tenth year, originally created in 2010 to advance and celebrate the culture of DJing. The rules of the competition are are simple: Each competitor plays a combination of at least three musical genres in their 15 minutes, aiming to impress the panel of judges and get the crowd on their feet. The score points are divided into four categories: Originality, Skills, Music Selection, and Crowd Response. 120 DJs will compete in 20 National Finals this year, which take place all over the world and determine who will head to the World Finals in Moscow. But that’s not all: Four Wildcards will be announced following the completion of National Finals in February 2020. The Wildcard category is open only to DJs from countries not hosting a National Finals event and are awarded by the International Judging Panel to compete alongside the National Champions at the World Final. The USA National Finals has some of the most celebrated names in DJing to judge the competition, including legends like DJ Jazzy Jeff, Four Color Zack, DJ Puffy, and the Bay Area’s very own, J. Espinosa. Espinosa took home the crown as the Red Bull 3Style World Champion at the 2019 World Finals in Taipei. On top of the competition itself, the performance lineup for the National Finals was just announced, including exclusive performances from San Francisco DJ J Espinosa, Miami based producer Jubilee, and Australian radio host Nina Las Vegas! This weekend get ready for of the release of one of the creepiest, wildest and longest movies of the year, “It Chapter Two” . It has a run time of almost three hours but you’ll definitely get your money’s worth as Pennywise prepares to sink his teeth into the children of Derry one more time. The Losers are all grown up and most of them have left town, all of them except Mike, played by Isiah Mustafa, he has stayed in Derry and realized Pennywise is back so he calls up his childhood friends and tell them it’s time for them to return to kill him once and for all and he knows the way to do it. It Chapter Two, was highly entertaining and had me jumping out of my seat on several occasions so it does the job, you want it to do. I had the opportunity to screen this movie for a room full of cool kids and fans in Atlanta, last month and they left scared out of their minds. Source: Joi Pearson / Joi Pearson Photography So this month, while covering a press event in Anaheim, I jumped in a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado RTS with a bed load of courage to drive an hour and a half down to Los Angeles in traffic to where WB had recreated the town of Derry. The Silverado offers a street-performance appearance for the LT, with body-color trim, full LED lighting. Super bright fog lamps, headlamps, and taillamps in case Pennywise tried to come to drool all over me and up to 22-inch wheels in case things really go left. I wasn’t taking any chances. I did all of this so I could sit down with the cast of It in the town Derry… Even if it was on a lot in LA. This week’s episode of Extra Butter w/ Xilla Valentine is very fun and entertaining. You’ll see appearances from Jack Dylan Grazer, Sophia Lillis, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Jaeden Lieberher, Finn Wolfhard, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacob, Bill Hader, Andy Bean, James Ransone, and Isaiah Mustafa who talk about It Chapter 2, Impractical Jokers, Snoop Dogg and share the wildest things they can imagine on the spot. Just weeks ago, Anfisa Nava dominated her her very first bodybuilding competition. But her husband, Jorge, isn’t just sitting idly by in prison and keeping up with his wife’s string of successes. We now know exactly what Jorge has been up to behind bars: In February of 2018, just two days before Valentine’s Day, Jorge Nava was pulled over with 293 pounds of marijuana in his truck. Unfortunately, he was in Arizona at the time — where drug laws are stome of the stiffest in the nation. On September 7 of 2018, Jorge began serving his approximately two-and-a-half year sentence. We all know what Anfisa has been up to since then — she’s a student and she’s dominating in bodybuilding competitions. But what is Jorge up to behind bars? RadarOnline reports that Jorge has had three different jobs since he first reported to prison. First, he worked as a garbage collector. In that role, Jorge completed 42 hours in the role. At his evaluation on March 26, he was given a new task. Within the short month-and-a-half that followed, Jorge worked as a kitchen clerk from March 26 to May 20, where he completed a whopping 282 hours. Anfisa has mentioned on Instagram that she’s been cooking more for herself lately. Well Jorge has been doing more coooking, too — but for others. As a kitchen cook, he has put in 256 hours betweeen May 20 and July 1. His most recent evaluation was on the first of July. It is not clear what his current go-to- job around the prison may be this month. Jorge and Anfisa were such a volatile couple that many were surprised that they even remained married as long as they did. ( Love casually dropping that to fans who only watch the show — ” yes, they’re still together … but Jorge is in jail” …) Ultimately, they worked on their marriage and made it work …. right up until the news broke that Jorge had been arrested. Some who have insulted Anfisa, calling her a gold digging skank who was just after Jorge’s money. Anfisa was never shy about being interested in being taken care of financially, it’s true. But now, she’s after more than that. … These days, Anfisa is dividing her time between her studies and her bodybuilding. After Anfisa knocked it out of the park at her first bodybuilding bikini competition, fans were excited. It was one thing to see her dabbling in something that interested a small number of fans. But winning? Well, everybody wants to see their favorite reality stars go out and win things. Anfisa has ensured that she is the center of attention for fans, and her fame may only increase from here on out. Notably, Jorge and Anfisa are no longer appearing on 90 Day Fiance . The concept of Happily Ever After? cameras possibly even allowed film within parts of the prison would have been intriguing. Blac Soulja was short lived to say the least. And we are not at all shocked. Soulja Boy and Blac Chyna have called it quits after their brief two-week relationship . The model and rapper first began dating earlier this month when the “Crank That” emcee shared a picture of them holding hands and sharing affection. They apparently slid into each other’s DM’s on Instagram a few days prior and finally met up at Sean Kingston’s Los Angeles penthouse. According to TMZ , the reason the two even started their erratic relationship in the first place was to get revenge on Chyna’s ex Tyga, who also has beef with Soulja. And it seems their romance took a sharp turn after having a huge argument over the “Taste” rapper. The two reportedly began bickering about their intentions before coming to the realization that they weren’t on the same page about their future. Chyna felt “he wasn’t ready to commit.” Let me remind you that the 30-year-old mom was in a relationship with some rapper named Kid Buu literally days before starting her new relationship with Soulja. They, fortunately, ended their childish fling after getting into a physical altercation while on a trip to Hawaii . The police were called but no files were charged. It hasn’t been a great start to 2019 for Chyna, who also shares daughter Dream with ex-fiance Rob Kardashian – who understandably thinks she is an “unfit mother”. Especially after the wild stunt she pulled in Hawaii. Rob will most likely win full custody of Dream due to Chyna’s recurring partying habits and desperate need for a man’s attention. Earlier on Thursday, Soulja took to Twitter to confirm the recent split by retweeting the TMZ article. “I just wanted to see what the p–sy felt like,” he wrote in a since-deleted message. He later apologized for his hilarious, yet offensive words writing “My apologies to Blac Chyna and my fans for the previous tweet.” “Blac Chyna and I have a mutual friendship nothing more nothing less.” But a week prior he confirmed their relationship informing his fans he’s “in love.” For Valentine’s Day, SB and BC went on a shopping date at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills where he reportedly spent $20,000 on gifts. “Happy Valentine’s Day,” he wrote on Instagram in another since-deleted post. Soulja still has one photo of the two on his Instagram at a 2019 Grammys after-party which is captioned “DrakoChyna Grammy Party Celebration.” The former couple also reportedly got mani-pedis together. Little People, Big World star Amy Roloff is living her best life, but fans continue to demand to know when she'll get engaged to Chris Marek . After her latest romantic getaway with her boyfriend, some of Amy's fans and followers are growing suspicious. Some accuse Chris of being downright creepy. “Costa Pura Vida,” Amy writes on Instagram. “Beautiful country and people.” She and boyfriend Chris Marek went on a stunning romantic vacation for Valentine's Day. “Great R&R time w/ Chris and friends,” Amy writes. “Time to say audios until maybe next time.” “We’re ready to come home,” her caption concludes. “Because there’s no place like ‘home’.” “Chris and I had a great time in Costa Rica,” Amy tells her fans and followers in a thoughtful video. “It was a good R&R,” she shares. “But,” Amy continues. “Like everything else, we're ready to go home.” She explains: “I'm ready to see my grandkids and get back to life.” “And,” she adds. “Figure out Amy Roloff's Little Kitchen.” It is no surprise to longtime followers that Amy found a way to plug her products in the video. “And,” Amy adds. “Continue on with my book. A whole bunch of other stuff.” “Life's back home,” she affirms. “But you can hear the fountain,” Amy notes. “The pool area.” “It's been great,” she gushes. “Costa Rica's been wonderful, and I hope to be back.” “Anyway, back to cold weather,” she says. “Back to normal. Some took aim at Amy's relationship with Chris Marek — and were especially critical of Chris himself. “Didn't buy the cow,” notes one hater. “Gets the milk for free. Shame on you both!” We're still comparing women to livestock and shaming people for not being married? What year is it? “What's his motive?” another demands to know. “Why can't he commit?” “He's creepy,” accuses one commenter. “I wish he'd ask for your hand in marriage,” laments a nosey troll. “I wish he'd surprise you with a ring,” writes another hater, noting that Chris had given her a Valentine's card.” That same commenter continues: “Praying God gives you wisdom regarding the situation. Enjoy!” “Hum no ring,” another observed. Fortunately, Amy did see plenty of much nicer fans leave much more supportive comments. You know, like actual fans. First and foremost, Amy is a grown woman, She and Chris are consenting adults. If someone has a personal religious or non-religious reservation about non-marital sex, that's valid … for them. It's purely their business. Similarly, Amy's romance with Chris is purely her business. She doesn't ever have to marry him or anyone else. Second of all, there are a lot of people who think that Chris is just “using” Amy for fame or somesuch. Even if Amy appeases the people cranky about non-marital “milk,” those people will freak out if she and Chris get hitched. Finally, the suspicious about motives crowd really needs to lay off, because they're being ableist and insulting. They're implying that Chris couldn't just be interested in Amy because she's a beautiful, intelligent woman. Their implication is that because she is a little person, Chris must have some ulterior motive for dating her. That is a sickening, ableist suggestion. Cut it out.
