Well, after viewing one of her VMA outfits, we hope it’s not like rotting meat. Either way, it seems it won’t be much longer until fans get the chance to buy the first eau de Gaga. WWD.com reports that the VMA-winning pop star had just signed a deal with Coty Inc. to create fragrances. Stephen Mormoris, senior vice president of global marketing in the Coty Beauty division, told the website that a deal was reached last week and that the first Gaga perfume will be released in 2012. Mormoris went on to describe the pop star as a “phenomenon” and “a fascinating cultural force” and said he hopes her mass appeal will “electrify” the market on behalf of his company.
