ASAP Rocky Dodging Charges For Slapping Woman ASAP said, “catch me if you can.” According to TMZ A$AP Rocky is dodging charges for beyotch slapping a female fan, and it’s because nobody can nail down the dude’s whereabouts to serve him … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … Lisa Wade claims the rapper smacked her in the face — for no apparent reason — as he made his way through the crowd at a Philly concert last month. But since police didn’t see it happen and it’s a misdemeanor offense … Wade had to file a PRIVATE criminal complaint with the D.A. — which means the alleged victim has to give the D.A. contact info for the alleged assailant. Problem is … the paperwork was sent to A$AP’s record company — as Wade requested — via certified mail, but he wasn’t there to sign for it. Bottom line … the docs were returned to sender. Now the D.A.’s Office can’t move forward … until Wade provides a viable address where A$AP can get served with assault and harassment charges. So the woman can’t press charges until SHE finds him. That’s fawked up.
