Snap. Chris Brown just got called out hard core by Fox News’ Andy Levy, first on Twitter, then in an on-air apology (term used loosely) we’ve posted below. After Brown Tweeted last week “No more planking for me unless it’s on a sexy lady! Lol,” Levy re-Tweeted it, adding “You spelled ‘punching’ wrong.” Brown responded much like how he responded to Anderson Cooper’s swipe this month: “Children conduct themselves better! Much love and success!” Humbled, Levy then decided to apologize to Brown and Team Breezy on Fox News’ late night program Red Eye . Here’s his oh-so-sincere mea culpa: Andy Levy Apology to Chris Brown

Tuesday marked the end of the road for the first Dancing with the Stars contestant of the 12th season … but who was first to pack up and leave the parquet? The bottom three , according to the scores compiled so far, were Mike Catherwood, Wendy Williams and Sugar Ray Leonard, all of whom were in jeopardy. One of the three left the show last night … but who? Follow the jump to see who was eliminated … It’s back to the radio studio for “Psycho” Mike Catherwood, who along with partner Lacey Schwimmer, failed to make an impression with the judges – or voters. “It’s been such an amazing experience,” said Mike, who ranked last with 30 points out of 60. “It sucks to be sent home first, but I made a lot of good friends.” Lasting for at least another week were Williams, who earned 31 points, and boxing legend Sugar Ray, who had 34. Do you think the voters made the right call? Mike’s departure shouldn’t change much for the list of favorites this season, or for the couples who narrowly survived this week. But with him gone, you tell us: Who do you think will win it all? [Photos: ABC]

Over the objections of Tom Bergeron , Cheryl Burke and a host of others, Chris Brown performed on Dancing With the Stars’ first results show of the season Tuesday. Brown actually performed twice – first his new hit “Yeah 3x,” then an encore medley of “Forever” and “Beautiful People” – bringing the house down both times. If there were boos, they weren’t audible over the cheers for a guy who put his all into each routine and looked very, very happy to be there. Here’s his first effort: Chris Brown on Dancing With The Stars – Yeah 3X After Brown’s now-infamous Good Morning America meltdown , many were shocked (and more than a few upset) that ABC would let him keep this DWTS gig. Whatever the reason for not pulling the plug, Brown was clearly grateful, and repaid them with a terrific live performance, as you can see above and below. Maybe he’s now turned the page. Here’s hoping. Follow this link to see who was eliminated last night, then watch Chris’ second performance after the jump: Chris Brown on DWTS – Forever
