Justin Bieber Sets New Spotify Record

Justin Bieber now has a reason to cry again. But happy tears this time, following his unexpected breakdown during the Video Music Awards . That’s because the singer’s latest single, “What Do You Mean,” has a set a new record on Spotify. The service has confirmed that it was streamed over 21 million times in just five days. This marks a new milestone in both the U.S. and across the world, surpassing the 20 million streams that One Direction’s “Drag Me Down” launched in its debut week. Appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon this week, Bieber said he was reduced to tears during the VMAs because the performance was “so overwhelming for me … I just wasn’t expecting them to support me in the way they did.” He even acknowledged having been booed on stage at the Juno Awards . Indeed, Justin Bieber appears to be all the way back. Expect to see him making many more promotional appearances during the run-up to his album coming out on November 13. Taylor Swift May Run for Vice President in 2020

Taylor Swift just received a very unexpected delivery. The singer shared a photo on Instagram late this week of a bouquet of flowers, telling followers that they arrived via a surprising source: Kanye West! “Awww Kanye sent me the coolest flowers!! #KanTay2020 #BFFs,” Swift wrote as a caption. The first hashtag, of course, is a reference to Kanye saying at the MTV Video Music Awards last Sunday night that he wants to run for President in 2020 . West made that statement as part of a rambling 12-minute speech upon receiving the 2015 Video Vanguard Award. And it was Taylor who introduced her former rival, who six years earlier (at the same event) famously interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech in order to say Beyonce should have actually won instead of her. “I’m really happy for you and Imma let you finish, but Kanye has had one of the greatest careers of all time,” Swift said this time around, bringing everything full circle and receiving applause from the crowd. The real question, though, is not why Kanye sent Taylor these flowers. Those two buried the hatchet a long time ago It’s whether these flowers come from the wall of flowers Kanye sent Kim Kardashian for Mother’s Day in 2014. They certainly look the same , don’t they?

In case you guys forgot (because I definitely did), Claudia Jordan here used to get paid to look super-hot opening up briefcases on Deal or No Deal . But now here she is doing something much less demanding: looking super-hot at the beach with her friend Aisha Thalia . According to my research, these two are both radio personalities these days in addition to models, which seems completely insane to me. I know they say some people have a face for radio, but Claudia and Aisha have obviously got bodies for the big-screen. Preferably IMAX.
