In case you didn’t already know, today Friday Feb. 7th is National Go Red Day. National Go Red Day is a day to help bring awareness to heart disease in women, which is the #1 killer of women, killing 1 and 3 women, and approximately killing one woman every minute. You can show your support, wear red and post your pictures online with the hashtag #GoRed!
