Rick Ross Reaches Plea Deal In Kidnapping Case, Charges To Be Completely Erased From His Record

Rick Ross Gets Charges Erased In Kidnapping Plea Deal Rick Ross finally had his day in court on Tuesday over the kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery among other charges in association with that incident where he allegedly held his groundskeeper captive on his property just outside Atlanta back in 2015. If you’ll recall, the man accused Rick of forcing him into a guesthouse at gunpoint and pistol-whipping him. But it looks like Ricky dodged a bullet in this trial. According to TMZ , Ross pled no contest to one count of felony aggravated assault, while all other felony charges were dropped. As such, the judge sentenced Ricky to time already served in jail — he spent a week behind bars after his initial arrest — and a $10,000 fine. But after that, he’s wiped clean. The judge sentenced him as a first-time felony offender, so after he drops that cash off at the courthouse later on tonight, the conviction is totally erased from his record. Welp. We wonder how the gardener feels about this outcome… Fayette County/Splash

Via ESPN : Porter, one of the team’s top special teams players, was arrested Wednesday on aggravated assault charges. According to the Alachua County police report, Porter faces one charge of aggravated battery (second-degree felony), one charge of firing a weapon into a vehicle or building (third-degree felony) and two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (third-degree felony). He also was charged with property damage of less than $200, a second-degree misdemeanor. Florida Gators staff announced his suspension on Twitter, and coach Jim McElwain addressed it on the Southeastern Conference coaches call. “He’s no longer with the football team,” McElwain said. “He’s suspended indefinitely for obviously a choice. It’s his choice not to be with us. I’m sure you’ll read about it soon enough. It’s one of those things that we don’t obviously condone. Like I said, it was his choice.” Congratulations to this moron for ruining his own life with his dumbazz decision! Continue reading

Brooke Mueller: Alive, Well, On the Red Carpet

While Charlie Sheen prepares for jail , his wife is stepping back into the spotlight. Brooke Mueller walked the red carpet last night at the ninth annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball. It was her first public appearance since Sheen allegedly held a knife to her throat on Christmas Day a few months ago. The reason for her outing this weekend? “My best friend Rebecca Gayheart and I have been a part of this charity for several years and it’s a great cause,” she said. Mueller added that her twin sons are doing “great” and that she has no summer plans. Except to hopefully do everything she can to get away from Sheen. That guy is nuts!

Charlie Sheen Also Hoped Denise Richards Would "F-cking Die," Legal Document Reads

On December 25, 2009, Charlie Sheen allegedly held a knife to wife Brooke Mueller’s throat and said: I’ll kill you. A one-time occurrence from a (possibly) cocaine-fueled , troubled actor? Not exactly, new court documents reveal. According to TMZ, Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards might testify in the comedian’s criminal case next month. The disturbing reason? The district attorney is interested in a declaration Richards signed (under penalty of perjury) on December 30, 2005. On that day, she got a restraining order against the Two and a Half Men star and swore the following in court: In the middle of an argument, Denise was holding her and Charlie’s daughter Lola. From there, Sheen “pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders. I was forced backwards and tripped over one of the children’s toys and fell on the floor with Lola.” Under oath, Richards said her husband screamed: “I hope you f-cking die, bitch… You are f-cking with the wrong guy.” Sheen denied this allegation at the time, but a prior incident of wife-threatening won’t bode well for the actor. If subpoenaed, Richards will testify about this exchange in a Colorado trial, where Sheen faces a felony charge of menacing . It sounds as though the nickname given to Sheen’s iconic Major League character (“Wild Thing”) applies to the actor, as well.
