So, don’t know if you heard, but Brooke Mueller has had kind of a rough week . And yeah, that could be in the running for Understatement of the Year. She was spotted at a bar in Utah on Tuesday night with Bob and Max, the seven-year-old twins she shares with Charlie Sheen. She was barefoot, which is always a bad sign, and also she had two young children at a bar. On a school night, even. The situation only got sketchier when Brooke got into a fight with her nanny, who was also at the bar. Someone called the police, but Brooke took the kids and left before they arrived. Brooke managed to lay low for a few hours, but she was spotted going crazy at a car wash Wednesday morning around 6:00 AM. People called the police one more time after they saw her “swinging wildly” at the twins. They even stopped to intervene before cops could arrive, and they said she yelled at them and seemed “high as a kite.” Well, it’s Brooke Mueller , so … Heartbreakingly, one of the witness claims that one of the kids begged him “Don’t call the cops, they are going to take my mommy away!” But the unfortunate truth of the matter is that some mommies need to be taken away for the good of everyone involved, but that doesn’t make this whole thing any easier. Though Brooke did run again before police arrived, they were finally able to speak to her over the phone, and they determined that her children weren’t in danger and that she didn’t commit a crime. But then a woman who claimed to be Brooke’s mother called police again and informed them that her daughter just might be mentally unstable . They were able to catch Brooke that time, and she was admitted to a hospital for a psych evaluation. It sounds like a real roller coaster ride of sadness and drugs, so you know Charlie Sheen couldn’t keep quiet about it for too long. All Of Charlie Sheen’s Ex-Wives Accept Reduced Child Support Payments Charlie Sheen is NOT winning according to TMZ : Sources familiar with the situation tell us, both Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards have agreed to around $25k a month … they were each getting $55k a month. We’re told Charlie is now making next to nothing, which is shocking given his previous earning power with “Two and a Half Men” and “Anger Management.” Our sources say Brooke and Denise both knew if Charlie went to court for a reduction in support a judge would drop the payments to $10k a month, or maybe even lower. We’re told Charlie threw in some real estate for Brooke and Denise and committed to doing a show with Denise. We’re also told Charlie is liquidating his assets, because he’s facing a slew of legal claims. SMH!!!

Brooke Mueller has declared war on Denise Richards. With the former’s children under the guardianship of her brother , Mueller took the seemingly random and extreme step this week of calling the authorities on Richards and alleging that Charlie Sheen’s first ex-wife has been abusing both Brooke’s twins AND the daughters Denise shares with the actor. According to TMZ insiders, police officers arrived at Richards’ home Tuesday night and questioned her about the allegations. Richards said the claims were “ridiculous” and “vindictive” and that she hasn’t even seen little Bob or Max in weeks. She added that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services was already involved in a dispute between Richards and Mueller, one that began because Mueller had lost custody of her kids due to an ongoing drug issue. In mid-November, this organization met with Mueller and forced her to agree to have her sons tested for fetal alcohol/drug syndrome because Brooke went to rehab twice while pregnant. Richards is especially steamed over this latest accusation because authorities will need to speak with the four-year old twins and with Denise’s daughters in order to verify or debunk Mueller’s claims. That’s a pretty big ordeal to put toddlers through. Mueller hasn’t been in contact with Richards’ kids in awhile, causing one to wonder how she could think they’ve been abused, while Richards had a logical question for the cops at her doorstep: If Mueller was so concerned about her own sons’ safety, and if Richards hasn’t seen them in weeks, why did she wait so long to file a report?
Looks like Charlie Sheen is at it again, trashing the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services on Twitter in violation of a gag order. He also seems to be hungry for some fresh seafood. The actor, who is living with the department, just tweeted the following messages, all using the letters DCFS and making some thinly-veiled points: If you missed the background story here, Sheen is furious that ex-wife Brooke Mueller has been granted a path to establishing full custody of their twins. Brooke’s brother Scott was given custody after Charlie’s previous ex, Denise Richards, told the court she couldn’t care for Bob, Max and her two girls. There is a gag order in place and Charlie has been warned about running his mouth (and Twitter) about the issue. His lawyer promised he’d behave. So much for that. Then again, the judge in the case has also showed restraint, fearing that coming down on Sheen will only make this more of a circus. He’ll probably let it slide for that reason … but we guarantee he’s not amused, despite Sheen’s aptitude for clever wordplay at the expense of DCFS .

With The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband already facing up to 30 years in prison as the result of allegations over forged bankruptcy documents, U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman now says two new counts have been tacked on. They result from a $361,250 mortgage that Teresa took out in 2005. “In the course of obtaining the loan, she and Giuseppe Giudice prepared a loan application which falsely stated that Teresa Giudice was employed as a realtor and that she had a monthly salary of $15,000,” Fishman said. “Teresa Giudice was not employed outside the home at the time.” Teresa and Joe will answer this latest charge in a Newark court Wednesday. They pleaded not guilty in August to the 39 other charges. The federal indictment accuses the Giudices of exaggerating their income by faking her employment history while applying for various loans. The couple supposedly failed to disclose rental and business income after filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2009. They are free on $500,000 bond, but has to give up their passports and will face a trial some time in 2014. If convicted, the Giudices face up to three decades years in jail and a $1 million fine.

Charlie Sheen was summoned into an L.A. courtroom after tweeting insults about the judge handling his kids’ custody case, but was let off the hook. The actor called the judge “anus brain” and his former wife an “Adderall snorting husk” after Brooke Mueller’s brother Scott was awarded guardianship. Despite a gag order barring him from slamming his ex in public, or talking about the case at all for that matter, Charlie will not be prosecuted for the stunt. The judge thinks it may turn the court into even more of a “circus” and just wants things to die down. Charlie, meanwhile, wants other stuff to die. Sheen tweeted Brooke a picture of a cake with a grenade in it after Brooke lost her battle to win a restraining order keeping him from coming near her. The 48-year-old actor tweeted: “So lemme see if I got this straight …” “My twin boys are now in harm’s way and in grave danger, being ‘raised’ by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an Adderall snorting husk called Brooke.” “And guess what CPS and ‘I’m Italian’ judge anus-brain ,” he went on. “You may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father.” Despite being warned that he faced jail if he broke the order, Sheen defiantly wrote: “If this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children, go for it.” “I have as many friends on the inside as I do out here. My passion WILL NOT be silenced. You are all standing in my way. I’d recommend a shift in your geography.” It is believed that Brooke Mueller, who struggled with drug abuse in the past, begged a judge for custody after Denise Richards “turned her boys against her.” It was eventually granted after she put her brother Scott forward to look after the boys. They will live with him for the time being, NOT under the same roof as Brooke.
