Tanning Mom Patricia Krentcil Pleads Not Guilty, Proclaims Herself Witch Hunt Victim

“Tanning Mom” slash human raisin Patricia Krentcil has pleaded not guilty to felony child endangerment charges and claims the story of putting her little girl in a tanning booth is being victimized in what is all a giant misunderstanding. She also says her critics “jealous, fat, and ugly.” Speaking of the latter … The 44-year-old New Jersey (where else) resident was on her way to a salon (hair) when she unloaded on a photographer and proclaimed she is a “fabulous” mother. Needless to say, she is far from apologetic. About anything. Krentcil was arrested after a school nurse asked her five-year-old daughter Anna how she got a sunburn and she replied, “I go tanning with mommy.” She faces a felony count of second-degree child endangerment. Gabriel Aubry Requests HOW MUCH in Child Support?!?

With child endangerment charges dropped against him, Gabriel Aubry was back in court this morning to take up another legal issue with ex-girlfriend Halle Berry: Child support for the former couple’s daughter, Nahla. Believing he needs a “proper environment” in which to care for the tyke, TMZ sources say Aubry is asking a judge to grant him $20,000 in child support payments. Per month. Michael Jackson to Star in New Pepsi Ad Campaign

Get ready to see Michael Jackson, or at least his likeness, back in action. Pepsi announced a deal with the late King of Pop’s estate that allows the brand to use the music legend’s image for its new global marketing push. What will the new Michael Jackson Pepsi commercial(s) and more entail? Maybe a live action hologram performance, a la Tupac at Coachella ? According to the Wall Street Journal, the nature of the promotion will vary by country, but will include a TV ad, special-edition Pepsi cans featuring Jackson’s image and chances to download remixes of Michael’s biggest hits. Pepsi’s chief creative officer, Brad Jakeman, said the broader Live for Now campaign took 10 months to develop and its aim is to amplify the company’s strong ties with popular culture, with Jackson obviously one of its all-time icons. Jackson first partnered with Pepsi in 1983, but in 1984, his hair caught fire while filming a commercial for the brand, an event that some believe led to his addiction to prescription drugs, which led to myriad problems throughout his life. We are pleased to report that Kate Upton’s “Cat Daddy” dance is back on YouTube after a brief ban on the suggestive viral sensation. Fist-pump! Guess Kate, and her fans, showed YouTube who its (cat) daddy is. After abruptly yanking the 2012 SI cover girl’s provocative moves on Wednesday, the video-sharing website apparently realized it was doing the male gender a downright inhumane disservice and reinstated the clip . Kate Upton “Cat Daddy” Dance A source close to Upton says the blond bombshell was perplexed by YouTube’s decision, since her video contains no nudity or sexual content. According to the insider, the 19-year-old found it “completely silly.” “She couldn’t believe it,” said the source, who said Upton couldn’t see why her gettin’ freaky to the Rej2ctz track was banned , seeing that 1) she wears the same bikini in SI, and 2) there are plenty of more salacious videos. YouTube officials eventually reached the same, fixing their mistake. “With the massive volume of videos on our site, sometimes we make the wrong call,” said a spokeswoman for the site. “When it’s brought to our attention that a video has been removed mistakenly, we act quickly to reinstate it.” Thank you YouTube.
