Lily Allen made the announcement today that fans of the British singer have been awaiting for months: she’s returning to the music scene! “You will be pleased to know that i am currently in the f–king studio with [producer] @GregKurstin,” Allen Tweeted yesterday. In 2010, Allen announced that she was taking a hiatus from recording in order to dedicate time to fashion projects and also to work on her personal life, which has unfortunately included two miscarriages over recent years. But Allen and husband Sam Cooper welcomed a girl in November and it now sounds like she’s prepared to churn out new tracks and maybe even a new album. What can we expect from the singer?
