Republican Sen. Richard Burr is the target of a new TV ad campaign that ties him to the oil industry and the Gulf of Mexico spill. A coalition of four environmental, labor and veterans groups began airing an ad today showing an oil-covered man – identified as Burr – being pulled out of the ocean like a sea bird.
