Barack Dances To “Hotline Bling” It seems like the party at the White House was jumping during President Obama’s final musical event as Commander-in-Chief. Many were in attendance like Usher, Jill Scott and Naomi Campbell. After leaving the party Angie Martinez posted on Instagram how live it was: Although cell phones were banned, theres actually footage of Barack being the life of the party and getting loose to “Hotline Bling” surrounded by artists and celebs.
