I don’t know if doing the cover of Cosmo Mexico technically qualifies as enough of a big deal to be an official hotness comeback or not, but I do know that Shakira ‘s looking smoking hot in this photoshoot. In fact, I think she looks even better now than she did back when she was actually famous. So let’s hope this is the start of something, because I’d definitely like to see more of her. Specifically the parts that are currently covered by those short shorts right now. Fingers crossed!
