Are You Feeling These Get Ups??? Christina Milian Poses For ‘Rolling Out’ & Says THIS About Lil Wayne

Christina Milian Covers Rolling Out Magazine Christina Milian is covering the latest issue of Rolling Out and inside dishing on her breakup with Lil Wayne. Tina Turn Up first dished on her baaaawdy and divulged secrets to staying in shape. I just try not to overthink it. What I tend to do when I’m ready to get back in shape and tighten up is to cut the carbs. French fries and rice are two of my weaknesses, so when those things start kicking in, your stomach makes space for more food. When I cut those things out, my appetite goes down, I listen to my stomach: if it says I’m full, I’m full. When you can fit in a workout, do it … even if it’s outdoors. I like to go hiking in the hills, just any kind of movement. I like to do a good 20-30 minutes of cardio and sit-ups (do them until you’re tired). I used to do like 100 a day.   …and she also added in this tidbit about listening to songs she recorded with Lil Wayne after their breakup. Well, I love the songs. They all describe moments, [and] every time I listen to them, I think of something that happened in that moment, and what inspired those songs. The four songs that I wrote and are on the EP were at the time about my relationship with Wayne. I was far more descriptive in my writing this time around. It was a really fun and inspirational time. Everything inspires me, but when it comes to chemistry and when it comes to the ups and downs of relationships, that’s what’s real for people. People want to feel something. Sounds like she’s moved on. Are you feeling these get ups??? Hit the flip for more.

Black Don’t Crack: Bangin’ Actress Malinda Williams Says Her “Youthful” Look Keeps The Checks Coming In

Malinda Williams flicks it up for Rolling Out magazine and talks longevity in Hollyweird Malinda Williams Covers Rolling Out Magazine Brown-skinned beauty Malinda Williams has been in Hollyweird for quite some time now and she recently sat down with Rolling Out magazine for a stylish photo shoot and a little conversation. via Rolling Out How do you maintain your longevity in the entertainment industry? I definitely feel I have been blessed with a charmed life. One of my advantages I think I have is I have a “youthful” look, so that’s great and adds to my longevity. I played a teenager for a very long time, a young lady for a very long time. It lengthens the time span of playing different roles. I like to choose roles and create a résumé that affects an audience in an emotional way. The saying goes “People will forget what you said to them but they will never forget how you made them feel.” It’s always been about how I make [the audience] feel. In addition to spilling the beans on her secret to staying in the limelight, Malinda also opened up about how she’s stayed fly over the years. Top five beauty products you use? I actually have in my kitchen — above the dishes, plates, the cups and wine glasses — a section for all my hair products [laughs]. For my face, I always like to mix a moisturizer with essential oils. I love Bobbi Brown [products], but I will shop at Walmart in a heartbeat and pick up lipstick I think is fabulous. If it’s good, it’s good. The cheaper the better … [laughs]. How do you stay in shape? Well, I am blessed with good genes and don’t have to work out all the time. I have a grandfather who is 103 years old and still is walking on his own. We have good genes and we “grilled” my grandfather on what he eats [to stay so healthy]. He eats lots of prunes and yams — at least a yam a day. You will still see me at a drive-thru at McDonald’s ordering a cheeseburger with some fries [laughs]. Well, whatever she’s doing is obviously working, riiiigght? Check out a few more pics from her photo shoot on the flip.

Cover Girl Swag: Keyshia Cole Talks Falling For Her Baller Boo-Thang And Reveals Which Industry Couple She Looks Up To

Keyshia Cole Covers Rolling Out Magazine R&B songstress Keyshia Cole is gearing up for the release of her latest album “Woman” that hits stores on Monday. The blonde-haired Mrs. Gibson graces the cover of this month’s Rolling Out magazine and she sat down to chat it up about how she knew her hubby was the one, who she looks up to in the industry, and which high-paid Hollyweird power couple she respects the most. During that time, you also fell in love. Do you remember the day you realized Daniel was the one? I thought he was beautiful the first time we met. We had been talking for months before we physically met each other. We had ups and downs in our relationship, and we grew from it. When you make a commitment to marriage, you have to be serious about it. You can love the person you are with, but you have to be sure that you’re ready to make that commitment. This is not only for when times are good — marriage is for the remainder of our lives. [It’s for] building a life and making the best life for your children. Are there any couples in entertainment you admire for being examples of a strong family? I respect Beyoncé and Jay-Z, because I know how hard it can be to stay in love in this business. In the beginning, it appeared as if Jay-Z knew Beyoncé had work to do. I respect that. You can’t go into a relationship trying to change someone. You have to grow with that person and go through everything with them. That’s one thing that I noticed and I respect about them. Of course, I’m not with them every day, but that’s what I see from the outside looking in. What do you want your overall message to be for those who relate to your songs? I didn’t have great examples while coming up in Oakland. I was able to look to examples in the industry such as Brandy. She was able to do a lot at an early age. In Mary J. Blige I saw strength. She never gave up. That’s what I want to leave behind. I want young women to know that where they start doesn’t have to be where they finish. You have to take it a day at a time. You go through things, you learn and you keep fighting. Will you be checking for Keyshia’s new album once it hits stores? Check out a few recent candids of Keyshia and her favorite guys below.
