Singer Amy Winehouse has swapped her drug addiction with an obsession for shoes after spending $15,000 on a spree. The 26-year-old star got over her battle with drugs and alcohol last year and her dad Mitch, 58, has said she now loves to indulge on shopping sprees. Mitch said: “Amy has blown stupid amounts on shoes – she’s replaced her drug addiction with a shopping addiction. “She bought 20 pairs of Jimmy Choo designer shoes in one afternoon. I returned them all to Selfridges. She’d never wear them, she has two rooms full of unopened, unworn shoes – it’s ridiculous, such a waste.”
