Lily Allen Confesses To Pawning Grandma’s Ring

Back in the day, when Lily Allen was just a young gal of about 16, she was so broke that she pawned a sovereign ring given to her for her birthday by dear old Gran.  The now 23 year old singer reveals that she felt really really bad and had every intention of buying the ring back when she had the money. But then, miracle of miracles, for the very same birthday her brother unintentionally bought the ring back from the pawn shop to give her as a gift! Says Lily: “So it’s like it was destined to be. I think it was meant to come back to me.
