The artist’s Bad Blood music video garnered 20.1 million views on VEVO in just 24 hours, setting a new record for the video-based website. The mark was previously held by Nicki Minaj when she released her video for Anaconda video in August 2014. “FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW. YOU BROKE THE VEVO RECORD. THANK YOU,” Swift Tweeted shortly after learning of the news. In a batch of subsequent Twitter messages, she thanked her famous friends for appearing in the video, singling out such stars as Kendrick Lamar, Selena Gomez , Karlie Kloss, Lily Aldridge, Martha Hunt and Cara Delevingne. Other huge names to make action-packed cameos include Lena Dunham, Serayah, Jessica Alba, Gigi Hadid, Cindy Crawford, Ellen Pompeo and Ellie Goulding.
