White Folks Crazy: Mary-Kate Olsen Marries Frenchman 17 Years Her Senior In Smoke-Filled Ceremony Featuring “Bowls And Bowls” Of Cigarettes

Bowls And Bowls Of Cigarettes At Mary-Kate Olsen’s Wedding To 46-Year-Old French Banker This sounds pretty ridiculous — and not because of the 17 year age difference. But congrats to Michelle Tanner — well half of her anyway! According to Page Six reports : The 29-year-old former child actress tied the knot with her French banker beau of three years, Olivier Sarkozy, 46, at an intimate Manhattan ceremony on Friday night, a source said. The reception was held at a private residence on 49th Street, between Second and Third avenues; cocktails were served in a rear garden before the 50 guests dined indoors. Attendees were required to turn in their cellphones beforehand. Party decor consisted of “bowls and bowls filled with cigarettes, and everyone smoked the whole night,” the source said. The couple became engaged in 2014 and live in New York. Mary-Kate and her twin sister, Ashley, rose to fame on the ’90s sitcom “Full House” and now own two fashion labels, The Row and Elizabeth and James. Sounds pretty disgusting. Sorry but we’re not fans of smoking. Hit the flip for a look at Mary-Kate and her new stepdaughter — who is bigger than her already! SplashNews

#JusticeForFreddieGray: Jury Selection For Alleged Killer Baltimore Cop William Porter Begins Today

The Jury Selection In The Freddie Gray Death Trial To Begin This Week After a long year of battling with police brutality, the trial of the 6 Baltimore officers who have been charged with the death of Freddie Gray is set to begin soon. There is no doubt that Nation will be waiting with bated breath as we await the verdict from 12 of the officer’s peers. Via NYDailyNews Six police officers were indicted in Gray’s death. Jury selection in the first trial begins Monday. A verdict will likely set the tone for the city: If Officer William Porter is acquitted there could be protests and possibly more unrest. A conviction could send shockwaves through the city’s troubled police department. “Everything is at stake. The future of the city is at stake,” Police Commissioner Kevin Davis said. Porter faces charges of assault, manslaughter, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office. He is accused of checking on Gray during several stops the van made during its 45-minute trip from the Gilmor Homes in Sandtown-Winchester, where Gray was arrested, to the Western District station house, where officers found Gray unresponsive and he was taken to a hospital. He died a week later. Gray was initially handcuffed. Later during his van ride, his legs were shackled and he was placed back in the van without a seatbelt, a violation of department policy, prosecutors have said. Porter is black. Two other officers are black and the three others are white. They will be tried separately beginning in January; their trials are expected to last until the spring. The Rodney King uprising is gonna look like a children’s carnival compared to Baltimore if the jury doesn’t come back with a “guilty” verdict for at least ONE of these cops. We’ll definitely be watching this trial VERY closely… Image via AP
