Hmm, Lindsay Lohan looks a little retarded in this outfit, or does she? I think the granny knee highs, combat boots and stupid headband are throwing me off because she’s actually flashing some sweet under boob that really brings the whole outfit together. Now if we could change the combat boots for six inch heels, the knee high fishnets for thigh highs and the headband for my testicles we’d be in business.
