A cat in the US is lucky to be alive after its paws were found glued to a busy highway. An unidentified couple rescued the feline, named Timothy, after they passed it in Minnesota and believed it to be injured, television station KSFY reports.

Hmm, Lindsay Lohan looks a little retarded in this outfit, or does she? I think the granny knee highs, combat boots and stupid headband are throwing me off because she’s actually flashing some sweet under boob that really brings the whole outfit together. Now if we could change the combat boots for six inch heels, the knee high fishnets for thigh highs and the headband for my testicles we’d be in business.
