Things are looking worse by the day for troubled star Lindsay Lohan, according to friends who say she is out of control and resistant to getting her act together. Less than 24 hours before she clocked Tiffany Mitchell at a nightclub and got arrested, Lohan was “dancing like crazy” and “causing a scene” at another NYC club. When she thought she lost her phone, says an onlooker, Lohan flipped out, and “she even demanded that a girl at a nearby table empty her pockets.” The following night, Lohan was drunk, according to reports, when she got into it with Tiffany Mitchell. Lohan denies punching anyone, but is due in court January 7. Punch or no punch, Lindsay continues to struggle with alcohol , says a friend. She won’t ever change.” After her recent slew of criminal charges – for lying to police following her June car crash – she’s due back in a Los Angeles courtroom on December 12. Because Lohan is still on probation, those charges, combined with the possible assault, could land her in jail if Judge Stephanie Sautner deems it necessary. A conviction isn’t necessary to trigger a probation violation. The last time the starlet appeared before Sautner, the judge warned Lohan that she could face 245 days in jail if she slipped up again. Eight months after giving birth to son Luca, Hilary Duff is back in her skinny jeans. The actress, 25, Tweeted a photo celebrating her weight loss this week. “Yaaaa bitches! Gabe Johns you’re kickin my ass and its paying off! Skinny jeans! lets go!” Duff tweeted with the above picture of her size-26 jeans. Johns, an LA-based personal trainer and boxing instructor, began working with the starlet about two and half months ago to help with her weight loss. Unlike many celebrities, Duff took her time when it comes to dropping the baby weight and that’s just fine with her. She certainly looks fine after a mere eight months! After a fox nabbed Lars Andreas Bjercke’s iPhone 5 and took off into the woods, the Norwegian teenager certainly never thought he’d hear from the creature again. He thought wrong, apparently. Fox Steals iPhone Bjercke had downloaded an app on his iPhone to make it emit rabbit noises, then played it at night to coax a fox into his yard, just to see how that would play out. The animal cautiously investigated the strange, metallic prey on the ground, reacting skittishly at first … then circled back, grabbed the thing and peaced out. When a friend tried calling, the fox answered . Their five-minute “conversation” did not lead to the phone’s return, but a day after the fox made off with the device, Bjercke’s friend contacted him on Facebook. She received a text from him, the friend said, a little confused. It read: “jlv I øia0ab 34348tu åaugjoi zølbmosdji jsøg ijio sjiw.” Attempts to translate that into fox dialect were inconclusive.

The condition is sometimes associated with women having twins, experts say. Hyperemesis gravidarum is believed to be caused by higher levels of the pregnancy hormone, hCG; Extra hCG can often be brought on by carrying more than one fetus. Kate Middleton’s pregnancy is likely around the 12-week mark at this time. “As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter,” St. James Palace said.
