Brooke Mueller will almost definitely avoid prison for allegedly possessing cocaine inside an Aspen nightclub in December, the discovery of which took place after she allegedly attacked a woman. And at least one person takes issue with this legal solution: the woman Mueller allegedly attacked. Brooke Mueller Drunk, Dancing at Club Llana Little tells TMZ that Charlie Sheen’s troubled ex-wife exchanged words with her when Little was exiting the dance floor on the night of December 2. When Little turned around, she says Brooke punched her in the back. She “should go to jail” for the incident, Little insists. Following this altercation, Mueller left for another club and was found there by police. Cops took her outside and booked her for drug possession and third degree assault. “She needs to learn her lesson that what she did was not okay,” Little says.
