Kendall Jenner Posts New Instagram Photo, Looks JUST LIKE Kim Kardashian

Kendall Jenner has stirred up new controversy on Instagram. No, she isn’t posing like a topless mermaid . She isn’t mostly naked , either. Instead, the 17-year old is simply “exhausted,” according to her caption… and looking EXACTLY like half-sister Kim Kardashian . Seriously, people. This is a photo of Kendall Jenner: Kendall has been making headlines over the past week for reasons aside from her eerie resemblance to a certain former sex tape star. She and little sister Kylie Jenner partied at a West Hollywood nightclub last week, one that featured topless dancers and what it described as a “nudity experience.” The fallout has included questions over just how these teenagers were permitted inside an over-21 establishment and whether or not they drank underage. In response to a tabloid cover story that labeled the siblings “trainwrecks,” Kendall shot back on Twitter and said she’s smart, goal-driven and is simply trying to carve out a career. Oh… and shut up, critics! Take your “stupid rumors” and shove em. Kendall Jenner Responds to Critics

Jon Gosselin Wants Kate Gosselin "Fishing Expedition" Lawsuit Thrown Out

Kate Gosselin blindsided her former husband Jon Gosselin with a multi-million-dollar hacking, wiretapping and identity theft lawsuit earlier this summer. Now he’s hitting back with a motion to dismiss what he calls a “fishing expedition” by the mother of his eight kids against himself and Robert Hoffman. Kate Gosselin Suing Jon Gosselin The lawsuit accused Jon and Hoffman, who penned an anti-Kate tell-all, of illegally accessing her computer, email, and bank accounts, which they deny. Jon says her complaint “consists of little more than threadbare recitals of” her many accusations, and little in the way of explanation of what he allegedly did. Claiming that Kate did not provide “sufficient factual allegations to demonstrate” the truth of her claims, the documents say that her complaint “is too vague.” Specifically, she did not say which computer / online accounts were hacked, when they were accessed, or how information needed to do so was obtained. Kate Gosselin’s lawsuit , her former spouse claims in the new court documents, is “pure speculation, a fishing expedition, and should be treated as such.” Kate Gosselin: I Pity Jon! Perhaps more importantly, according to the documents , Kate decided to make these claims after the statute of limitations had passed, Jon believes. She first publicly mentioned suspicions that Jon was accessing her personal information in 2009, and the statute of limitations for such claims is two years. “Now, nearly four years later, [Kate] has apparently determined that the time is right [to sue] but it is too late,” the documents filed by Jon Gosselin allege. Finally, according to the motion, if Kate wishes to sue for violation of privacy, she must admit that the allegations found in Robert Hoffman’s book are true. Kate has called the book “defamatory and untrue,” so, the motion argues, she “disproves her [own] claim.” In other words, she can’t have it both ways. A judge has yet to rule on the motion.

Jerry Moon’s Family Finds Another Man’s Body In Father’s Casket, Learns Father Was Cremated

The common question around these parts is “who’s your daddy?” This time, however, it’s “where’s your daddy?” Jerry Moon’s family received the shock of their lives when they opened their late father’s casket to say goodbye and found that his body wasn’t in it.  Wrong Body Found Inside Casket During Man’s Funeral Moon, 72, who had been living in a hospice care facility, passed away around the same time as a 97-year-old man from the same facility. The bodies were taken to the same funeral home where the 97 year old man was dressed in Moon’s clothing and placed into Moon’s casket while Moon was cremated, a final wish he didn’t make. Brian Moon says his father was “terrified” of being cremated. “He didn’t want any part of it.” Moon’s daughter Cheryl says it feels like her father “was treated as a number, not a person.” Authorities are investigating two funeral homes who may have been involved in the mix-up. If found responsible, they could face fines or suspensions but at this point it’s too early to tell which funeral home cremated the wrong man. A case of mistaken identity like this one makes the idea of face tattoos  seem sensible. Branding a name across one’s face might make it just a little harder to get two dead bodies confused, right?
