R.I.P: Canadian Rapper Dies During Video Shoot While Filming Airplane Stunt

Canadian rapper Jon James McMurray fell to his death on Saturday in British Columbia while filming a video in which he was walking on the wing of a plane while rapping.   The 33-year old’s management released a statement, saying, “As Jon got further out onto the wing of the plane, it caused the small Cessna to go into a downward spiral that the pilot couldn’t correct. Jon held onto the wing until it was too late, and by the time he let go, he didn’t have time to pull his chute. He impacted and died instantly.” According to Billboard , a  GoFundMe page has been set up to “get his stuff out there to the world in the right way… [and] help with Jon James’ celebration of life.” McMurray, who grew up skiing in the Rocky Mountains, was known for doing crazy stunts in most of his videos. He will truly be missed by his fans.

Comedian Karlous Miller Unceremoniously Axed From “Wild N’ Out,” But Was It Nick’s Decision?

Karlous Miller Fired From “Wild N’ Out” If you watch Wild N’ Out or have ever taken a listen to the 85 South Podcast, you most likely are very familiar with the comedic roasting stylings of Karlous Miller. Unfortunately, Karlous won’t be gracing the Wild N’ Out stage much longer. While appearing on The Breakfast Club this morning , the comedian announced that he has been fired from the show…but hasn’t really gotten a straight answer as to why. This prompted Charlamagne to get Nick Cannon on facetime and get as many answers as he could. Take a look: (chatter about Karlous’ firing at the 33:30 mark) But Nick says it was all a decision made by the white folks in management, and posted a supportive message of Karlous and The 85South Podcast, claiming it could be bigger than “Wild N’ Out.” But was that genuine? It looks like Nick feels some type of way toward the comedian, as he wasn’t too shy to share during a recent appearance on the Hollywood Unlocked podcast. Nigga wtf?! Hol’up mane! According to TMZ , Post Malone was the target of home invaders who were looking to relieve him of his jewels and cash. Unfortunately, someone who ISN’T Post Malone and has no connection to him suffered a violent attack. Three Men smashed a window and entered the home on September 1 and began yelling “Where’s Post Malone?!?” before stealing $20,000 in cash and jewels. Thing is, Post hasn’t lived at the home in months. At this time, police are trying to determine if this home invasion is connected to the Rae Sremmurd robbery that took place hours after this incident. S#!t is real out west. Protect your neck and guard your grill.
