Devon James Wants Tiger Woods’ DNA So Bad

Devon James, Tiger Woods’ porn star mistress who claims he’s the father of her son, even though he’s clearly not, continues to fight the good, money-grubbing fight. She’s filed new court documents practically begging a judge to force the golf great to submit to a DNA test to establish paternity of nine-year-old Austin T. James. T for Tiger, natch. As for the previous DNA test that showed Tiger is not the father (the real daddy is a convict named Pele Watkins), Devon claims there was a “misunderstanding.” Right. Those often happen in science. FORK IT OVER: Devon James wants Tiger’s DNA … again . In the docs, Devon states again that she believes she gave birth to Woods’ love child , and she’s willing to provide information on the time, place and hotel location where conception allegedly occurred to help prove Tiger knocked her up. She’s also willing to name “his golf buddies who were there at the time in Pebble Beach.” Wow, knock us over with a feather. You’re officially toast now, Tiges! Through his attorneys, Tiger has denied the whole thing, and has recently filed papers of his own asking a judge to throw out the entire paternity case. Undeterred, Devon presses on, even wearing a shirt proclaiming herself Tiger Woods’ Baby Mama. ‘Cause if she says it enough, maybe we’ll believe it? Man, this girl is crazy. If she wanted Tiger Woods’ DNA so bad, she should have pulled a Monica Lewinsky / Molly Hagerty after the act. Just saying. Sorry. Gross.

Al Gore Accuser: Paid to Tell Her Story?

We reported her accusations in graphic detail last week, but Molly Hagerty, Al Gore’s sexual assault accuser, faces myriad questions about her credibility. Namely, that she went shopping her story for money years after the fact. Police in Portland, Ore., announced that they are reopening the investigation into allegations of sexual abuse against former the former Vice President. The accusation of unwanted sexual contact came from massage therapist Molly Hagerty , who was called to his hotel room at 4 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2006. Gore says he received a massage, but denies acting inappropriately. Hagerty says that he repeatedly forced himself upon her, despite her objections. He was never charged and the case was dropped due to insufficient evidence. It’s being reviewed, but there are reasons to be suspicious of Hagerty: Why didn’t she just leave? She said she feared she would be raped, a somewhat dubious claim in itself, or “accosted by some security detail,” when Gore had no detail that night. Why did she wait weeks to make her initial complaint to police? Hagerty waited six weeks to mention this, but she contends she told her friends immediately, and police may be interested in interviewing those people. Why did she cancel interviews with police regarding the case? Hagerty nixed three interviews with detectives about her criminal complaint. Three years later, Hagerty changed her mind again and decided to pursue it. Did she receive money to tell her story? The million-dollar question, possibly literally. Hagerty has twice been interviewed by the National Enquirer , which unabashedly and routinely pays sources. As the Rielle Hunter-John Edwards and Tiger Woods-Rachel Uchitel scandals prove, that doesn’t mean they lie. But it does make you question motive. The Bruce Beresford-Redman Defense: TV Producer is a Scapegoat

It’s all a set up. That’s the argument lawyers for Bruce Beresford-Redman plan to use if their client is ever extradited to Mexico on first-degree murder charges. The former Survivor producer is the prime suspect in the April death of wife Monica, who was found in a sewer near the Cancun hotel where she and Bruce were vacationing, strangled to death. Since then, Beresford-Redman has proclaimed his innocence , while the victim’s sisters have made no secret over their beliefs that Bruce is responsible for Monica’s death. Now, following an unusual hiccup in the case that proves Mexican authorities confiscated Bruce’s cell phone last month and made thousands of dollars worth of calls on it, a source tells TMZ exactly what the suspect’s defense will be: Beresford-Redman’s attorney will claim police are in need of a scapegoat because there were two deaths aside from Monica’s at the Cancun hotel in question, along with an alleged rape by an employee. With tourism in danger, the lawyer will state, Bruce has been made the fall guy. Meanwhile, a private funeral service is scheduled for Monica tomorrow. Bruce is not invited.

Is Jake Pavelka gay? Personally, we don’t see it, but there are now two separate reports of this surfacing, and crazier things have turned out to be true. We’d rate this rumor as less believable than reports of Al Gore trying to sex up Molly Hagerty , but at the same time, we wouldn’t rule it out fully yet. Despite his nice public persona, The Bachelor star weaves a web of lies, according to Vienna Girardi … and Tanya Douglas, who dated Jake from 2008-09. “Jake did the same thing to me!” says Tanya, claiming Jake promised to marry her but never followed through on it. “He is a slippery, slimy con man.” Here’s where the gay rumors come in. As with Vienna, Tanya Douglas says Jake withheld physical affection from Tanya … after sleeping with her first. “He told me he had to abstain from sex for religious purposes until we were married,” she recalls. “It was weird, ’cause we had already been intimate!” Instead of cuddling Tanya, Jake “locked himself in the closet and pray in the dark,” she reveals. “I’m all for prayer, but in the closet?” In the closet … fitting . Douglas says that the big phony didn’t even go to church regularly and “used religion as an excuse when it was convenient for him.” Vienna can attest. Al Gore’s sexual assault accuser has been revealed, and Molly Hagerty says she has evidence to support her claim that the former V.P. is a pervert fiending for tail. Molly, the Portland masseuse who made sexual assault accusations against Gore in 2006, tells the National Enquirer , “Al Gore is a pervert and sexual predator.” Moreover, “He’s not what people think he is – he’s a sick man!” The story broke last week, with Molly Hagerty’s name withheld a a possible sex crime victim. Gore was not charged in 2006 or 2009, when the case was reopened. It’s unclear why the cops took another look at this just last year for an alleged incident years earlier, but in any case, Hagerty is ready to go public – and tell all. HER STAINED PANTS : That’s Molly Hagerty with them . She already described Al Gore’s nasty moves in the bedroom … or at least when trying to get her into the bedroom. Now she’s seeking justice, no matter the cost. It’s been a rough month for the 2000 Democratic presidential candidate, who split with wife Tipper and also battled rumors that he had an affair with Laurie David . Demanding police launch a full investigation, Hagerty says, “I want justice served,” claiming to have a key witness, secret surveillance footage and … DNA evidence.
